In Box Relay, users can publish the workflows they create as templates, allowing other users within the tenant to use them.

However, when we want to delete templates that haven’t been used within the organization for a long time, we have to ask the original creator to unpublish or delete them, which is cumbersome.
If unnecessary workflows remain, the interface becomes cluttered and administration becomes difficult.

These issues can be resolved by surfacing templates that haven’t been used for an extended period within the tenant and allowing administrators to unpublish or delete them.
We request a feature in the Admin Console’s Relay Templates list view to display the “Last Used” date and enable selecting older templates for bulk deletion.

Box Relayでは、ユーザーが作成したワークフローをテンプレートとして公開することでテナント内の他のユーザーも利用することができます。
しかし、社内で長い間利用されていないテンプレートを削除したいとき、そのワークフローを作成したユーザーに公開取り消し/削除を依頼しなければならず、手間がかかります。社内に不要なワークフローが残り続けてしまうと、画面が煩雑になり管理も大変になります。

テナントで長期間利用されていないテンプレートを可視化し、管理者が公開取り消しや削除を実施できれば上記問題は解決します。
管理コンソールのRelayテンプレートの一覧画面で、テンプレートの最終利用日を表示し、古いものを選択して一括で削除をできるような機能実装をお願いします。
