Add BoxSign to BoxRelay actions
I would like BoxSign to be added to the BoxRelay action.

Once the content is uploaded to the designated folder, request it and complete the BoxSign signature.
The request destination is also specified using BoxRelay. If it is difficult to use BoxRelay, you can use BoxSign's template.BoxRelayのアクションにBoxSignを追加して欲しい。

決められたフォルダにコンテンツがアップロードされたら、リクエストしBoxSignの署名を完了させる。

Ability to assign serial numbers to flows executed with BoxRelay.
We would like to assign a serial number to each application so that the status of the flow can be checked immediately.
As an example, Power Automate has the ability to automatically issue a unique number for each flow execution by setting up a Share Point list in advance.
Like to see the equivalent functionality realized, as it will make it easier to manage the flow and improve convenience.1件1件の申請に対して通番を付けることでフロー状況をすぐ調べられるようにしたい。

Relay：Regarding the list output of upload date and time of uploaded files
I would like general users to be able to output a list of upload dates and times (in minutes) of uploaded files on Box Relay.
Box Relayにて、アップロードされたファイルのアップロード日時（分単位）の一覧を、一般ユーザーで出力できるようにしてほしい

Empty (not delete) folder by Box Relay folder action
It would be great to have a relay folder action which empties a folder. Currently folder and files can only be deleted.
We use Box folders for mail-2-box actions, and very ofter users simply forget to remove a file from the folder. I want to achive a time-controlled trigger which empties the respective folders ever night. Many thanks.2 votes -
Wolkflow faild task delete
Workflows that fail in the workflow "tracking" (do not fly normally) will have a status of stopped, so I would like to see deletion of tasks in the status.
ワークフローの「追跡」で失敗した(正常に飛ばなかった)ワークフローはステータスが停止になった状態になるため、ステータスのタスクの削除を実装してほしいです。

Folder Settings
It would be great if we could go into the folder settings and have a setting for disable move, copy or delete. We would like this on the group folder level only it would not affect the sub folders. So somebody couldn't come in and drag a huge folder that never needs to be copied or deleted, it would prevent that. It would require the folder to be able to do it if the action ever needed to be done

Send deleted Relay workflow to trash
Right now, if the workflow is deleted we cannot get it back.
If we can have a trash for Relay workflow as well, we can have it back if we accidentally delete it4 votes -

Box Relay Task Approval Options
For the action Assign a Task - Approval Task, there's a section that asks "What happens when this outcome is completed?" If the task is approved, there's no option to select, it's just hard coded in to go to the next outcome. If the task is rejected, you can select options. I would like to be able to select options if the task is approved as well.
My use case:

Can be assign "any group.on the other hand,

Recipients :can not be Assign group.for example, a group members include over 50 person, it hard to assigned one by one. So it happy to assign group on send a notification recipients field.

I would like you to implement a function that allows you to obtain information from login information when using "Box Relay".
Currently, you can use metadata when renaming files using Box Relay.
Similarly, I would like to be able to use the signed-in user's My Profile information as the value of "Available Variables".
(email address, name, company name, etc.)
Being able to use the information of the signed-in user allows you to obtain reliable information, which I think will improve convenience in various ways.Thank you for your consideration.

サインインしているユーザーの情報を使える事は、確実な情報を取得する事ができ、様々な点で利便性が上がると思います。

Workflow to delete all files in a folder on a schedule
We have setup request folders we send to external users to upload files. Currently we need to manually review the contents of each folder and remove any uploaded files before sharing.
We would like a modification to the delete workflow that would allow us to delete the contents of a folder. That way we can setup a scheduled workflow to remove all files in a folder at the start of each week. This way we can reuse the request links and know the contents will be deleted after a week.2 votes -
Box Relay Outcome for applying current date upon a file upload
Currently with Box Relay and a Metadata date field you can set a date to be applied upon a file or folder upload. However, you can not select 'current date'. It will only apply a date that you have selected at the time of crafting the relay. It would be great to have an automation to set a date based on when the file was uploaded to Box.

Admin select Box default document lock time
We need the option as Admins to change the default lock time (e.g. one hour). Box support said "Unlimited" is the only default option. This creates a problem because users, by the Box design, select lock without changing the default resulting in many, many "unlock" requests.

In BOX Relay, it is possible to dynamically specify the file triggered by WorkFlow, but it is not possible to dynamically specify the folder that contained the file.
