If the owner of a Box Relay workflow is a “Deleted User”, there needs to be a way to transfer the owner to an administrator.
After creating a workflow in Box Relay, there are cases where the owner of the workflow is deleted by a script, etc., but the owner remains as a “Deleted User”.
Need the ability to take over the workflow of a Box Relay that has become a “deleted user” to an administrator or other user.
Reason：
This is because the workflow creator still has the owner rights, and even the system administrator cannot delete the workflow, so it remains as trash.

Reports to track Box Relay creation
We need a reporting feature that tracks the status of Box Relay creation.
Reasons：
1.When a workflow template is duplicated, it is possible to use it without changing its name, which leads to the existence of multiple workflows with the same name.
2.The only way to monitor usage is through user activity logs, which do not provide information on frequency of use or usage status.
3.If workflows created by employees on leave remain unused or incorrectly configured, the transfer process could be omitted.

Worflow Starter should be the assigner of tasks instead of the creator/owner of Relay Workflow.
A relay workflow is created by one owner but used by several people. Since all the tasks are assigned by the workflow owner rather than the workflow starter, its confusing for assignees. E-mail and task notifications should show the workflow starter's name instead of the owner of workflow.

Relay：Regarding the list output of upload date and time of uploaded files
I would like general users to be able to output a list of upload dates and times (in minutes) of uploaded files on Box Relay.
Box Relayにて、アップロードされたファイルのアップロード日時（分単位）の一覧を、一般ユーザーで出力できるようにしてほしい

Dynamic notification feature in Relay
In Relay notifications, it's currently only possible to include a pre-set static message. We'd like to have the ability to include dynamic settings that incorporate pre-trigger information such as the target file name.

Workflows with external users

When an external user is invited to a folder, you want to execute a workflow that specifies an external user.Currently, the notification action allows you to create a workflow that specifies an external user.
Since it is not possible to create a workflow that specifies an external user in the "folder action" > "Add collaborator" etc., I would like to see the function improved so that external users can be specified in "Add Collaborator" and other actions.フォルダに外部ユーザが招待されている状況で、外部ユーザを指定したワークフローを実行したい
現状、通知アクションでは外部ユーザを指定したワークフローが作成可能。
フォルダアクション＞「コラボレータの追加」などでは、外部ユーザを指定したワークフローが作成できない為、「コラボレータの追加」とそれ以外のアクションでも外部ユーザが指定できるよう機能改善してほしい。2 votes -

Box Relay Processing Delay
Our client experienced significant delay in Box Relay Processing.
This Relay assigns task to user after previous task was completed, but it took about 3 hous to do that after previous task was completed.
Although Box Relay is not always processed in real time accourding to the article※1 below, 3 hours delay affects their work efficiency.
We hope Box Relay be fixed and this problem will be improved.Thanks.

Box Relay処理内容は、前のタスクが完了した後に、次のユーザーへタスクを割り当てるよう設定されていますが、
今回は前のタスクが完了した後に、次回のユーザーへ割り当てるまで約3時間かかりました。
下記のリンク※1によると、Box Relayはリアルタイムで処理されるわけではありませんが、3時間の遅延はクライアントの業務効率に影響を与えます。

When using Box Relay as a trigger for a "file request" file that requested login
Send an email notification to the "user who started the workflow", but that email address cannot be used on any other relay, but if you change the file name from then on, that email address will be used to send the file to the person who submitted it. I would like to rename my email address.
「ワークフローを開始したユーザー」にメールで通知を送れが、そのメールアドレスは、それ以外のRelayでは使えないが、それ以降のファイル名を変更するで、そのメールアドレスが使って、ファイルを提出者のメールアドレスにリネームしたいです。

Box Relay Task Approval Options
For the action Assign a Task - Approval Task, there's a section that asks "What happens when this outcome is completed?" If the task is approved, there's no option to select, it's just hard coded in to go to the next outcome. If the task is rejected, you can select options. I would like to be able to select options if the task is approved as well.
My use case:

Send deleted Relay workflow to trash
Right now, if the workflow is deleted we cannot get it back.
If we can have a trash for Relay workflow as well, we can have it back if we accidentally delete it2 votes -
I would like you to implement a function that allows you to obtain information from login information when using "Box Relay".
Currently, you can use metadata when renaming files using Box Relay.
Similarly, I would like to be able to use the signed-in user's My Profile information as the value of "Available Variables".
(email address, name, company name, etc.)

I want to be able to have shortcuts to different folders that are available across the organization
I want to be able to link files and folders together for easier access and relationships. And I would like it to be available for everyone in the organization

File Request
As a person who often requests files from individuals, it would be great if a file request could automatically create a dated folder for me.
For example, if I create a request today for someone, the data they upload would go under \Customer\Someone\20240613\ <files they upload>
Also, being able to simply "copy file share link" if one already exists on a folder would be grand :)

Workflow to delete all files in a folder on a schedule
We have setup request folders we send to external users to upload files. Currently we need to manually review the contents of each folder and remove any uploaded files before sharing.
We would like a modification to the delete workflow that would allow us to delete the contents of a folder. That way we can setup a scheduled workflow to remove all files in a folder at the start of each week. This way we can reuse the request links and know the contents will be deleted after a week.1 vote -
Admin select Box default document lock time
We need the option as Admins to change the default lock time (e.g. one hour). Box support said "Unlimited" is the only default option. This creates a problem because users, by the Box design, select lock without changing the default resulting in many, many "unlock" requests.

Report output by general users (Box Relay)
I would like general users to be able to output information about files uploaded with Box Relay.

BoxRelay trigger "Scheduling"
A customer is considering using boxrelay in the future.
Event scheduling → When triggering by date, currently you can only select the 1st day or the end of the month.
For example, if it were possible to do this on the second Wednesday, the 10th, or the 15th in the future, I think it would be convenient and encourage its use in the future.

The ability to resize or delete the astronomical images on the Relay notifications.
In its current state, the astronomical image is so large that it is difficult to see the text underneath.
Since there is no need to display images, we are requesting the implementation of this function.現在の状態では天体画像が大きいことで下にある本文の確認がしづらいです。

Box Relay Outcome for applying current date upon a file upload
Currently with Box Relay and a Metadata date field you can set a date to be applied upon a file or folder upload. However, you can not select 'current date'. It will only apply a date that you have selected at the time of crafting the relay. It would be great to have an automation to set a date based on when the file was uploaded to Box.
