Instant Clipboard Copying for generated 'Share' links
I think it would be a good idea to have feature parity with the Google Drive sharing experience which immediately copies your share link to your clipboard when the permissions settings popover appears.

Ability to schedule outcomes in Relay relative to the trigger date
Rather than selecting a specific date for an event to occur, add the ability to schedule an outcome (e.g., send notification) on a date relative to the date the trigger occurs. For example, Trigger = file upload, Outcome = send notification 180 days after file upload.

Select multiple files to copy in a relay
I would like to be able to select multiple files to copy in a relay at least if they're in the same folder so that I don't have to do each individually

Ability to delete, transfer, and hide workflows created in Relay for accounts that have been deleted due to retirement, etc.

Currently, workflows created with a deleted account cannot be deleted or transferred, and the display remains, so in some cases, it may get in the way. I will.

Relay rename
It would be awesome to have more variable options within relays.
Specifically:
• Label/Titles for fields in a form.
• eg. if someone uploads a file in a form, I want a relay to rename the file using the Label on the upload field.1 vote -
Improve BOX relay workflow functionality - storing file info / search patterns in a variable for use in a workflow
We tried using BOX relay to see if we can drop a file in a master folder, and copy it from mirrored folders, or delete from mirrored folders when deleted / moved from the master folder. But once you trigger a workflow you lose any connection to that file for future workflows.
A feature request would be to get the filename for file which triggers a workflow - store this in a variable and apply an action on matching files with the same name within another target folder. This filename / variable should be available in all steps within a given…

Expose workflow APIs to track progress of individual workflows
Today when querying for active workflows, the Box workflow API returns only workflow templates and not the actual workflow instances that each user initiates. As a relay user initiating a workflow based on a manual start trigger at the same time as other users I want to be able to query the workflow API to obtain information about a specific workflow instance, this feature will allow a user to get real time information on the status of each active workflow and not just the template. Box Relay's 'New Upload' trigger only fires with the first version of the file.
- Add "Box Script" to your drop down list of systems on this page.
- Modify Script's 'New Upload' Relay Trigger so it applies to updated copies of a file to that same folder. aka V2, V3, etc. Currenty 'New Upload' only fires on the first time a file with that name is uploaded.
