SFTP authentication method using a key pair.
Please allow Box to use a key pair as an SFTP authentication method as an alternative to a username and password. Not all systems allow files to be sent via SFTP using a username/password. Thanks.

I would like all uploaded weekly reports for each client to be merged into one file with multiple pages
I work at a PR agency, and my boss would like to see all of the weekly reports uploaded for each client in one document, or one folder, that is automatically created.

number of files in a folder
It would be great if, as soon as I upload files to a folder and exit the folder, I could see the number of files I uploaded. Instead, most of the time I need to let a few minutes go by and refresh the page a few times before the number of files is displayed. In the first line of the screenshot, for example, I just uploaded 60 files, but that is not showing yet.

Box File Request - no longer on brand for us - we would like to be able to change the picture or leave as a solid color
We utilize the File Request links regularly for our clients. Recently, there has been a change to the cover picture, and now our clients can't easily identify that it is, in fact, our branding and under our purview. We would like to go back to having a solid color that we can customize/match to the rest of our Box site or be able to customize the picture choice.

Display Notification for Blocked Uploads to Uploading User
When creating your own Content Security policies for uploads it would be really helpful to be able to create a notification that would be displayed to an uploading user. The notification would be able to be configured by an admin user to explain the reason for why a file upload was prevented.
Without these types of notifications we have users who may upload files and then needless work exists to find out which user uploaded a file type we do not accept to then notify the end user that the file type is not acceptable and then have the user…

Files that failed to upload are displayed at the top.
On the file list screen that opens from the bottom when uploading, I want files that failed to be uploaded to be displayed at the top.
When uploading tens or hundreds of files, it is not possible to immediately determine which files actually failed.
You could find it by scrolling down, but the time and effort involved seems impractical.
Like this feature to be implemented to improve convenience.アップロード時の下部から開くファイル一覧画面で、アップロードに失敗したファイルは一番上に表示してほしいです。

I've been having issues uploading PSD files for months now. I use to be able to upload multiple photoshop files at once. Last year BOX started having uploading issues with me doing that. So I had to upload them one at a time. Slow but still worked. These past few months it takes a half hour to and hour to upload each PSD file. Mind you these files are only a few megabites in size. It is slowing me down a lot. Theres constantly this glitch where files just wont upload or make any progress for no reason. I literally…

The ability to create File Request Links on Box Mobile
We would like to see the ability for Box File Request to be created from the Box Mobile App.
This capability will allow us to provide secure, ad-hoc uploading portals for our users when out on the field and away from a laptop. This will ensure that we can get the most relevant documents and images as quickly as possible.
Please consider adding this capability for Box mobile so that we may securely acquire content while on the field.

when uploading photos in the Box app, they are in wrong orientation
Since last update, when uploading pictures from the app, if the photo was taken in Landscape mode, it shows as vertical once uploaded. PLEASE take it back to like it was where no matter what orientation we took a picture, it would show up correctly in the files.

Version icon and file information not being updated.
One a document hits version 2, the version counter no longer goes up if the document is updated. The properties > file information is not updated either, which means it does not show the latest modified date and time as if there is a lag.

Formatting text in File Request
When requesting files via the File Request, please allow for bold, underline, or other formatting to be added to the message to remind the uploader.

If I drag folder directly from my PC to Box, some files in the folder cannot be uploaded
If I drag folder directly from my PC to Box (webpage), some files in the folder cannot be uploaded. I find this problem persist and happen more than once. Why?
This is annoying because after I upload a folder, I need to check manually whether all files in that folder has been correctly uploaded. "Upload folder" function become useless.

Allow user to set limits on file size, number, type that can be uploaded by outside user via the file request function

Set Landing webpage once person has submitted file via file request
Allow for Box user to set an automated re-direct/landing webpage destination after a person has successfully uploaded a file on the file request page.

Custom URL for File Request Links
Allow Contributors to make a custom URL for File Request. This is available for Shared Links. Having a Editable File Request allows branding for URLS.

we ought to be the sole owner of the files and/or folders that are newly uploaded into the folder where i has editor access.
If someone is giving us access to the folder with the editor's permission. If we create a file inside of a folder for which we have editor permission, we ought to be the sole owner of the files and/or folders that are newly uploaded. Please refer the attached screenshot for example.

Box File Request: Requests the ability to delete uploaded files by Content Submitters
If the Content Submitters uploads a file while logged in with their Box account, please add a feature that allows the Content Submitters to be given delete permission the uploaded file within a set time (e.g. 15 minutes after upload).

I wanted to be able to edit/upload to folders via editable shared links.
Ability for people outside the company to be able to upload to folders via an editable shared link. Currently this is only available for files and not folders.
