Box Hubs - Ability to Share Hub with All Managed Users
We have a number of Hubs that are geared towards providing information to all employees. As such, it would be great to be able to share a Hub with all managed users. In addition, it would be helpful to have the ability to share any file or folder with all managed users without having to create and manage and all users group or adding multiple groups to a file/folder to accomplish this.

I want to be able to include helpful links in a Box Hub
It would be very helpful to be able to include helpful links to other apps or websites we use in a Hub. For example, if we created an induction hub for new staff to include reference and training material, we could also include links to all our operational apps (like expenses, timekeeping, project management etc)

Box Hubs Admin controlled content access
Ability for an admin to restrict from where content can be pulled into a Hub. This would be to minimize end users sharing their own individual user accounts, and instead only be able to curate content from a department level/service account (or other indicated source).

Select and Copy documents directly from hub
Currently, you cannot select can copy documents from a hub. In order to interact with them, you need to select the folder or file and it takes you to the document. This means if you want to create new collections of documents, there is no way to interact with all of them unless they are in a folder together, which eliminates the purpose of the hub in the first place.
TLDR: Ability to view details of files/folders directly from the hub as well as copy from hubs

Unable to add a content to a Hub site due to folder settings and Enterprise settings
When an user who is invited as editor to contents at folder level or file level tries to choose q folder or file to add a Hub site, those files and folders are grayed out and unable to choose.
this is due to the invite is limited at enterprise setting or folder setting as below./ At Enterprise settings, Box amin checks "only the admin, fokder owner and co-owers can nvite collaborators"
or
/At folder settings, "only folder owenrs and co-owners can send collaborators invites" is checkedThis is bit strange because the user is editor, but it seems that…

Hubs permission model should be more granular
Currently in the Box Hubs Beta, all collaborators invited into a Hub receive the "Viewer" permission on files and folders linked in the Hub. This does not allow for Hub content to be view-only and block downloading of content. Alternative methods of managing this such as rolling out classification policies would not be scalable as Hubs usage grows. It would be great if Hubs collaboration could be more granular and there was an ability to invite users or groups into a Hub with other permissions such as "Previewer" so they are more restricted on what they can do after accessing…

Ability to post photos, videos, and hyperlinks in Box Hubs.
While posting the photo and video files is nice, it would be faster to be able to easily look at photos without clicking into their previews. Also, hyperlinks and adding Box shortcut files are a must—we can't currently offer employees a list of helpful external resources in Hubs. (We could provide a PDF/Word doc with all the resource links, but, again, this requires extra steps for the end user.)
