Allow Use of Office Online Integration without O365 Licenses

The Office Online integration currently requires all non-Personal/Free Box users to have an Office 365 license in order to use the integration. This request is to allow ALL Box users (not just Personal/Free) to use the Office Online integration regardless of whether the user/company has Office 365 licenses or not.

    This is a huge limitation. My users default to Google Drive for collaboration because external users cannot use Excel Online functionality.
