Improve speed of CSV exports for reports
We'd like an improvement in the completion speed of Report csv export. We want to get the report much faster.

Running exports of reports on the Box Admin Console takes a long time.
When I click "Run" instead of "Export" for a report, I get the results almost immediately but the results are in a horrible format that are almost unable to share with my end-users.
From the above, what I can understand is that Box in the backend places exported report requests in a large "queue" and pushes them out in batches. If a lot of customers happen to run reports at the same time, or if there is already a large buildup of reports in the queue, everyone has to wait longer.
This is absolutely ridiculous. Many of these reports contain time critical info for auditing purposes and we can't afford to wait hours to get it or have to give up and call your support to beg them to get us the info quicker. If you can instantaneously display reports via the web gui, we as customers should expect to get the same exported report in less than 5 minutes, not hours.
Don't tell me that I'm exporting a large amount of data and that's the reason why it's taking so long. I'm not and even if I was, then why does your web gui show the results immediately?

I queued a report mid-morning and it finished 5+ hours later. It was only 3 pages and all of the information was displayed on the screen. Sad :(

This really needs to happen. Waiting hours for a CSV export of a few lines is pretty crazy. In my environment, these reports are often handed off to General Counsel, our forensics team, or management. Having to wait hours for a basic report to be exported slows incident response times significantly.
