Support Intune MAM without MDM on Box for EMM

So the Apps on the devices that are managed by other MDM (i.e. MobileIron, AirWatch) could still be managed by Intune MAM.

    This is a critical requirement. Being able to support Intune application protection without enrollment is halting our ability to move forward with Box for EMM.
