Shared Links Expiration and Turn Off

Create the ability exist to mass update shared link expiration dates and/or turn off the shared links, using folder and file ids.

    This can already be done (now, 2025) using Box CLI command, csv file - having run a Shared Links report and User Activity (max 7 years, items shared action)

    Issue: Currently, each link shared has to be configured individually in link settings to remove the expiration date on the shared link.

    Solution: Adding link settings in Account Settings to allow for all shared links to have no expiration date.
