Enhanced Box notifications in Microsoft Teams
Enhanced Box notifications in Microsoft Teams
A new feature has been released for receiving Box notifications in Microsoft Teams, but it is limited to a few notifications such as Mentioned Comments.
It would be very useful to extend this feature to receive notifications in Microsoft Teams when uploads or downloads are made in folders you are collaborating on, or when tasks are assigned in Box Relay.

This would be great. We have been getting a lot of feedback on our teams not always receiving the completion notification that is sent via email. If they could get pinged when a document is uploaded to BOX this would be great. For example, we work from an opportunity # that is linked to a folder in BOX. If the completed document was received via email, uploaded to BOX and the requestor was pinged on Teams that the document was uploaded that would be a helpful add on.

Getting Teams notifications to parity with the general Box notification settings would be great especially if Teams notifications could be tweaked separately.
We've had requests from users noting that for one reason or another Box emial notifications can occasionally be delayed or not track 1 to 1 with activity, having another avenue for users to be notified as collaborators are uploading documents they need to review would be very helpful.

When approval or general tasks are assigned in Relay or just in the preview of a document, it would be useful to send the notification inTeams as it is the case today for comments

I agree with this request and would like to see the addition of a feature that allows for more fine-tuning of notifications.
