Allow box sign envelope/request to be edited by sender after sending
Our box sign files are typically sent from admin, to an approver/signer being a manager or partner, then sent to our client for signing. We deal in financial & tax documents and so the manager/partner needs to check documents and signing packs for completeness and accuracy before sending. We don't have time to create these packs ourselves as this is an admin task (similar to old style drafting letters and putting them in the post).
If the manager/partner finds an error, the whole document envelope/request needs to be cancelled and started over again. An error might be in the contents of the envelope, or the persons receiving the envelope (eg maybe someone else needs a copy too) or the email address to be used for the client.
In DocuSign, we were able to edit these kinds of things so long as no-one had signed, or we could edit the users who hadn't signed to make any required corrections. The absence of this feature is currently costing us a lot of time and it would be really helpful if it could be developed, similar to what exists by competitors in the market.
