Currently, this can be accomplished with Flow Actions. Box for Salesforce includes this template for your convenience: "Box Sign Write Back — Opportunity". See this blog post as an example. https://medium.com/box-developer-blog/box-salesforce-box-sign-writeback-flow-f4e050f2f60b
