Creating a Group for domains
Creating a Group for domains to allow group wise Device Ownership Requirement restrictions. This will helps us to define restriction for different users basis on IT infra available.

change default value of 'Link viewers can'
Account settings > Sharing > Shared links > 'Link viewers can'
Admin console > Enterprise settings > Content & Sharing > Shared links > 'Link viewers can'When user select 'Preview, download, and edit the shared item' in 'Link viewers can', default value of shared link is 'Can view and download'.
When user select 'Preview the shared item only' in 'Link viewers can', default value of shared link is 'Can view only'.
User want to set default setting to 'Can view only' when user create shared link.

Reports/Notifications on Instant Login use
Generate reports and/or notify others when admins use Instant Login. Admins could potentially view sensitive content when logged on as another user.

Box Invitation
When Box Invitations are sent to users, it comes from a do not reply email, but displays the users full name that is sending the invitation. This causes confusion for collaborators who try and respond to the email. There needs to be a template email that can be added to the invitation when sent, or an auto response if a collaborator tries and responds to the do not reply email.

Email notifications
It appears that as an Admin, I am unable to set up email notifications for my outside users. I was able to set up email notifications for outside users when we used Sharefile. My outside users expect me to set up these email notifications. It would be nice if Box had the same feature. Thanks!

Managing Groups
■Request
For "Group Management", we would like to request the permission settings that meet the following requirements.
・Can freely create groups
・Can only manage groups created by themselves
・Cannot manage groups for the entire tenantCurrently, a group administrator can have administrative rights for only certain groups, but cannot create groups.
We would like to achieve the above by segmenting the "Group Management" authority of co-administrator or expanding the "Group Administrator" authority. Could you consider it?■Background

Direct link creating and reporting for an entire folder. Custom Direct LInks
Ability to create for an entire folders contents the Direct Links and a report listing those links so they can be uploaded to the app needing the direct links. Currently you have to touch each and every file you want a direct link too. Phase 2 would be allow custom URL for part of the direct links.

User activity report
In the activity report, exporting Collaboration Approval gives the following output:
Invite external users to the "folder" of your company tenant.
Only the folders invited to "Processed Items" are displayed.Invite external users to the "file" of your company tenant
The folder path is displayed in "Processing item", but the file name and file ID of the invitation file are not displayed.
This specification confuses the user and is not suitable for following the path to the invite folder.
Please unify "Folder path", "Folder/file name" and "Folder/file ID" as output results.10 votes -
Default Collaboration Role, Allow all Seven options at Admin level that are available to users
Please allow the ability to set Default Collaboration Role in Admin console to any of the seven options that are currently available at the user level.
Currently the only options are Editor or Viewer. Thats not enough flexibility for Box Admins.

Detailed List of Managed Users in Tenant
We would like the option to view a detailed list of managed users in tenant that has all the information of the following that is provided in the Admin Console's Users & Groups":
- User Account Details
- User Access Permission
In the case of a large enterprise with many users registered,
this would greatly help check and sort through each user's permissions conveniently without having to click each user's profile.(Currently, neither "List enterprise users" API nor "User Details" report provide for this use case.)

For organizations that require SSO login, we would like to restrict the ability for our users to reset their Box passwords - it causes confusion for our users.

Run report to demonstrates permanent deletion of files
I really need the ability to run a report that demonstrates that my files have been permanently deleted.
Given requirements in the various data privacy laws across the world, our company may be required to delete data or files at any time, and provide proof of deletion. However, once something is deleted from our Box account, it sits in Trash for 30 days before being permanently purged. (And, if I understand correctly, the data may be recoverable for 14 days after that?)
