We would like the "Share" UI for web collaboration to be improved.
Currently, the options for inviting users and generating a shared link are on the same screen, which can be confusing for users.
Please separate the invitation and shared link issuance into clearly distinct screens.

Deleted Shared Link Lookup Tool
In the same manner as below, we'd like the capability to search for disabled shared links as well. Currently, there's no way to locate files if the shared links have expired or become inactive.

Change the wording in the log in / Homepage
Could the wording on the home page be changed to read "Employee of..." instead of "Part of ...."? We share Box with external users and the wording is confusing as they are part of the company but do not work for it.

Cannot move files within Box when the file version is large

Cannot select text in Box preview screen
When previewing a file, attempting to select text within the file results in a state where a yellow frame is being specified instead, making it impossible to select the text. I would like this to be fixed so that text selection is possible.

Regarding Preview of msg Files Stored on Box

Users should know what they are exposing outside
Is it possible to have a simple page accessible by a user, to get :
- all the shared links he has created (especially open links accessible by anyone outside, with or without password and expirity date)
- and old outside collaborations (with Box accounts needed)
?A lot of users create collaboration and shared links, and many months or years later they don't remember that these parameters are still in place (even if they don't work anymore with those external users).

Request for Improvement of the slider for grid view image size
Currently, we can adjust the image size in grid view by moving the slider left and right. However, even when selecting the minimum size, the images still remain large.
We can make images smaller by changing the browser's zoom level, but this also makes text smaller, and subsequent screens remain small as well, which is inconvenient.
Rather than relying on browser zoom, we need to enhance Box's slider functionality.In Japanese：

Cannot permanently delete a file with a retention policy before its expiration date (immediately)
Please enable immediate deletion for files that have a retention policy set for a specific period.
Additionally, there is an issue where files remain accessible via shared links until the retention policy period expires, so we would like to request implementation of a feature that disables shared links for items that meet specific conditions.

We would like the ability to hide the “Download Report” button in Folder Insights.
Folder Insight reports can be output by specifying a folder of which you are the owner.
If you are using a closed folder tenant, the owners of managed folders are only users with administrator privileges, and end users do not own folders, so even co-owners cannot output folder insight reports.
If you actually specify a folder with permissions below that of the co-owner and output it, you will get an “Insufficient permissions to create report folder” error.
We would like to see this feature implemented to prevent such errors and confusion.フォルダインサイトのレポート出力先は自身が所有者となっているフォルダを指定することで出力可能となります。

Change the warning message when external users change their password.
The new feature "Enable detection of confirmed leaked passwords" has been applied.
If an invited external user does not meet the password criteria, they will be required to change their password.
When entering a new password, if the password does not meet the requirements, a message will appear stating "Password was exposed in a data breach"
This message is confusing as it misleadingly suggests that a data breach has occurred on the tenant's side.
Therefore, please change it to something appropriate, such as "The password you entered is weak, please make it more complex."

Expand number of folders displayed in folder hierarchy
Our team works in incredibly deep folder structures and would appreciate the opportunity to view all subfolders in the folder hierarchy to more easily navigate through our folder structure. For example, if someone shares a file with me and it's in the "trailers" folder, it's very difficult for me to tell which project this is associated with unless I navigate many levels up in the folder structure to see a folder with the project name. Improve visibility and speed of LFOs within Box
I’d like to share some feedback about the lack of visibility and the slow speed of Large File Operations (LFOs) in Box, particularly when moving large folders or performing ownership changes.
These actions cause unavoidable downtime, but there’s no clear timeframe provided, and all items under the affected folders become inaccessible until the process finishes. This is creating significant headaches for our IT operations, especially as we’re working through major corporate restructuring. Ability to show or hide specific metadata templates for specific users and groups only.
As the number of metadata templates increases, selecting metadata when creating file request links or Relay workflows can become complicated and lead to mistakes.

Please relax the recommended number of collaboration users per item
We would like the recommended number of collaboration users per item to be relaxed.

LFO
If you try to copy a large number of files and they become subject to LFO, please give me a warning.
The folder was locked for a week until it was finished copying over 300,000 files, and a new folder could not be created and work could not be performed.大量ファイルをコピーしようとしてLFO対象となる場合は、警告をしてほしい。

Show "Show Folder" button in banner when creating new folder.
If the amount of content is small, there is no need to search for it, but if the amount of content is large, it will take time to search for the newly created folder after creation, which is inefficient.
