Long Activity History to be deleted in one action
I have Co-owner permission for a shared Excel Online file on Box, and I can delete comments one-by-one under the Activity tab, however, I would like to delete all the comments in one action.

Show your pricing correctly!
The biggest problem is how you present your pricing. You shouldn’t show the price up top, then "minimum 3 users" under the scroll line of your website. Very deceiving! Personal price should be listed as $15 and Business price should be listed as $45 at the top. Better yet, don't have a minimum of 3 people!

Add sorting and filtering to "My Cases" on Community site
When I go to "My Cases" on the Box Community site to view open support cases, I have a table with headings ID - SUBJECT - CREATED - UPDATED - PRIORITY - STATUS
I would love the ability to sort the columns, but that is not an option.
I do not see any way to display more than 20 cases on a page, so I need to view my cases on different pages.There is ONE filter, but it is not so useful, because there are multiple "statuses" that would be useful to see together, such as a way to…

Recommending update for "Understanding Collaborator Permission Levels"
I really appreciate the "Understanding Collaborator Permission Levels" article:
We send users to this page all the time to help them understand Box permissions.
However, one thing that has caused some confusion is that there are security settings at the Enterprise level and at the user and folder level that can impact an Editor's ability to "Invite Collaborators".
I think it would be nice if there was a footnote on that grid that alerted people to the fact that there are security settings that prevent Editors from being able to issue collaboration invitations.

Need Box for Android link on downloads page
Please add a link to "Box Android" (https://lmu.app.box.com/services/box_for_android) to the Box downloads page (https://www.box.com/resources/downloads).
That's a great resources page that I use to share all the main Box apps that my user community should be using, but it is missing a link to Box for Android.

When you copy a file into different folders, when You modify the main file, automatically the whole copied files be updated in the same time.

manage members
Under my organization we have a shared folder for over 1000+ members, but as you may know this is a global organization where we add or remove resources over the time. At this moment I can add them but I do not know how can I remove them. For this I will appreciate to have an option to export the list as CSV file, and as well an option to add or remove permissions in a bulk.

expired in value greater than 3600
I see the sample response for refresh token, it shows "expires_in": 3964,
Which I thought it would be 3600 as the max value.

Update copies
In Google Drive exists a functionality to copy a file and when the root file is updated, the whole copies are also updated.

Add telephone prefix when quoting price

Training - User Essentials Class 3.1
Your self-paced 'User Essentials Class 3.1' does not set itself to 'Complete' when the class is finished. It never shows up as a completed class in one's transcript. At the end, there is a 'Next' button that, when clicked, does nothing. It does not advance anywhere, so the class never 'completes'. Please fix this.

where and how to mention the file download location in users hard disc? Please hardcode the user preferred location.
while downloading a file . why cant you provide the full code. Incase of download, the code should be in such a way that after copy pasting your samples i should be able to see the file downloaded in the location i mentioned.

I would like to be able to set aliases on my favorites instead of having folder name only.
My naming convention may be different from the (owner's) directory structure, showing aliases (and real folder information) in the favorites would improve search, data retrieval and folder sorting.

Have a different section/page for Shared links setting on account settings page
Right now, shared links setting is on "Sharing" tab. This has create a confusion for customer in the following scenario:
Customer recently switched from company only to open link on admin console settings. They expected that this will change the settings of all managed users, but some users still defaulted to company only link. This was because those users updated email settings before (which happens to be in the same "Sharing" tab) while the "company only" was selected in the Shared Links setting and saved as their individual setting.

Blocking low resolution images from upload
We work in print and often the customers upload images that are simply too small for print. It would be nice if the upload widget would have a mandatory file size and let the customers know that their image was rejected via a pop up message.

Submitting a Support Ticket
When submitting a ticket with the support site, add the option to submit a ticket specifically for issues with the support site itself. It's possible to classify tickets this way on our end, but not on the user's apparently.
