over quota message
Insert the account name in the over quota message instead of just saying "your account". This would eliminate the confusion when a user is trying to upload to a shared folder that they don't own.

Unify move and copy behavior between BoxDrive and the Web browser.
There is a detrimental effect caused by the fact that BoxDrive and the Web browser have different specifications for the operation of "move and copy," which is a basic operation of Box (it is actually upload and download).
In particular, the fact that Shield's Access Policy and Classification Labels "maintain the original labels when moved and copied" is a major reason to use that feature.
However, BoxDrive does not maintain labels, which does not lead to enhanced security or control of usage.
Since there are many users who use BoxDrive as their main application, we would like to see the…43 votesIt's working as designed.

Show who has locked a file in Box Drive
In the Webapp you are able to see who has locked a file, in Drive you cannot see this unless you navigate to the web. Heavy Drive users/customers require this information in the Drive UI

Synchronize Single Files in folders
We want the ability to synchronize individual files in a folder to the desktop rather than entire folders, allowing us to accelerate what is available in the WebUI faster.

Shield Classifications Following Content in Drive
In Box Drive, the classifications do not follow the content. For ITAR customers, I can copy a file from ITAR folders (with a shield policy) to another folder for non-ITAR content and share it without restrictions.
This works in the web app, but not in Drive.

The search function is not working and comes up blank. Can this be looked into and resolved please?

Show file paths on "Error updating *** items..."
If BoxDrive has some errors, it shows error on "Error updating *** items..." by clicking the gear icon.
Then the error window says, "The original file was deleted on Box" on my environment.
But it doesn't show the paths, but also filenames.
So it would be very helpful if you could improve it to show the filenames and its path.Environment:

Box Online Only
Admins should be able to decide which groups of users are allowed to use Box Drive versus Box online only. Box Online only would increase security in that users would not be able to download files and would be forced to edit/view files in browser only. This helps tremendously in securing data that contractors need to access.

Please automatically close the tab of the browser we used to log in after completing the login process.
The login method from Box Drive has been changed to using a web browser.
Currently, the behavior is that the tab of the web browser used for login authentication remains after login is completed.
The administrator is troubled by the many inquiries from end users asking if closing this tab will cause any problems.Reference：

grant access
I have a parent folder with many multiple subfolders with additional subfolders. Is it possible to grant different levels of access (i.e. lower level such as Viewer access) despite giving Editor access to the parent folder? If that feature could be included, that would be fantastic. Thanks!

offline files and selective sync
I would like to see the ability to mark files and folders for local or offline storage. Currently box drive allows for only the folder to be marked offline or downloaded locally. When I don't need to have a file downloaded anymore there is not a way for me to mark them offline. I have tried marking the folder offline but that doesn't work to make the files I want offline. Same as the title says: ability to 'select all' or 'multi-select' items for moving between folders. Why can't I select multiple files via a menu option, drag and drop, or any other method beside individually clicking every single item.

Add functionality to view all folders set to "Make available offline"
I would love to be able to see which folders are currently set to "make available offline". I need free up space regularly.
Or a feature to see how much space box is taking up on my machine and what folders are using the space. Similar to storage on a Mac.

How to delete a relay for an owner who is a deleted

Video playback stops midway
When I shared a video using a shared link, some people reported that the video stopped midway through. Is this a Box specification? Is there a maximum size for videos that can be shared? I would like to know if there is a way to share videos without stopping in the middle (or restrictions on video sharing).

Getting a "Share a file link" on Win 11 Pro
We moved to Win 11 Pro. Since then "getting a Box link" to copy and add it to a document been very painful.

Not able to filter tags on images
Every time I search for a specific tag after it is created, nothing comes up. What is the point of this function if I can't search for a tag I put on a specific image?
