Resize navigation pane
There should be a way to resize the width of the quick access navigation pane on left of screen. Most locations are cut off and unable to see what they actually are.

Hubs permission model should be more granular (add previewer)
Currently in the Box Hubs Beta, all collaborators invited into a Hub receive the "Viewer" permission on files and folders linked in the Hub. This does not allow for Hub content to be view-only and block downloading of content. Alternative methods of managing this such as rolling out classification policies would not be scalable as Hubs usage grows. It would be great if Hubs collaboration could be more granular and there was an ability to invite users or groups into a Hub with other permissions such as "Previewer" so they are more restricted on what they can do after accessing…

Enable external users to have Editor or Co-Owner permissions
External users can only be given Viewer permissions which limits the functionality of Hubs. It would be useful if they could have Editor or Co-Owner permissions just like they can for folders.

Integrated Chat Functionality (Native to Box)
Our audience is mostly external partners, all who use disparate communication platforms like Slack, Teams, Google Chat, Zoom, etc. Integrating a single third-party chat option into our Box Hubs environment risks alienating some of our external partners who are unable to use that specific platform due to their organization’s IT guidelines. It would be beneficial to have a native, lightweight and persistent chat area within our Box Hubs environment (maybe as a side panel similar to Box AI) that would allow users to communicate immediately about content and projects and ask questions without having to leave the Box environment.

Upload Files from Windows desktop directly into a Box Hubs
The workflow in mind is that I'll be able to directly upload content from my desktop (currently windows) into a Box Hub directly. Having an option to include files from my desktop as well as options to include Box content can provide a much more seamless experience for end users and ensure they can build Hubs more quickly rather than needing a set folder structure before adding to Box Hubs

I want you to be able to add folders that are not owned or co-owned to Box Hubs
Many of the folders I use have editor permissions, and the current specifications do not allow me to use Hubs
I want you to be able to add editor permissions folders to Hubs as well.タイトル:
所有者・共同所有者ではないフォルダーもBox Hubsに追加できるようにしてほしい

counter for number of files selected so that users get warned / prevented from selecting over 20k files for a hub
"Wanted to flag an additional item as a requested enhancement from our team - for the widget to select files / folders to ultimately create a hub; it would be nice to have a counter for number of files selected so that users get warned / prevented from selecting over 20k files for a hub"

Display Content Preview in Box Hubs Without Source File Access
If you want the preview of content displayed on the Box Hubs page, it currently does not appear unless the user has access permission to the original file. We would like the functionality to be modified so that the preview can be displayed even without access to the original data.

Request for an option to enable or disable email notifications when sharing a Hub
When sharing a Hub, I would like to be able to choose whether or not to send an email to the person I invited.
This is because users are not used to receiving notification emails from Box and might perceive them as spam, which would prevent unnecessary inquiries from being made to the IT department.
The addition of the Hub will be announced separately on the portal site, so I would like the Hub to be quietly added to the Hubs menu.2 votes -
Drag and drop files or use file ID or folder ID
When you want to add single files or folders, it would be great to be able to add them simply using their IDs or dragging them from another Box window

Consider making sections of a Box Hub linkable so you can share a specific section with a user’s instead of the entire hub.
It would helpful to make specific areas of a Hub linkable to highlight specific sections. Thank you.

Make Banner Icon Editable within Box Hubs
There is a small square icon that appears in the banner at the top of Box Hubs, this is the same icon shown on the list view before entering the Hub itself. The customer would like to be able to edit this icon, and remove it. Visually, its redundant and takes up space, and they don't have a good image to input into that space, for each specific hub. They use the banner for this purpose.

Unable to add a content to a Hub site due to folder settings and Enterprise settings
When an user who is invited as editor to contents at folder level or file level tries to choose q folder or file to add a Hub site, those files and folders are grayed out and unable to choose.
this is due to the invite is limited at enterprise setting or folder setting as below./ At Enterprise settings, Box amin checks "only the admin, fokder owner and co-owers can nvite collaborators"
or
/At folder settings, "only folder owenrs and co-owners can send collaborators invites" is checkedThis is bit strange because the user is editor, but it seems that…

Streamline process for inviting free users to Hubs
If a customer has restricted users' ability to create public shared links, they can only invite external users to Hubs if they already have a Box account. It would be ideal if this process worked the same way as it does if you invite an external user to a file/folder, where they are prompted to create a Box account (free or otherwise) and can then view the Hub. This adds friction into the process for users that are leveraging Box for external collaboration.

Box Hubs Analytics
Would be great to see metrics on how adopted our Hubs are. How many visits, which box users are visiting, how long each visit is, etc. Is this on the roadmap?
