Assign user to item in Box App
As a user, I'd like to be able to assign a specific user in Box App rather than relying on free text or metadata drop down fields so that I can send a notification or task and see additional user information such as email and profile photo

I'd like to see an alternate view for Box Apps.
Something that toggles from tile to list view for when someone has many apps

The location filter overrides the file type filter in Box Apps
When using the location filter in a Box App, the File Type filter (where you can select if you want folders and what file type) stops working. We use cascading metadata on some folders as well as nested folders for organization.
When we pull all cases together in a Box App we want to remove the folders from the view because they are not relevant. This is fine until we want to further filter using the location and then all the folders are returned as well.

Download all files from view
Currently, you are only able to download the files visible in a view. If there are more than 25 files you want to download, you need to complete multiple batches. If you have a folder with 500 items in it, you can download the whole folder.
We would like to see an option where you can export all files in a view like you can with a folder so specific information can be aggregated across our environment and retrieved via a Box App
1 voteWe are not currently planning on offering bulk downloads as it is possible to have many thousands of files returned in a View.
However, you can change this setting (Files and Folders per page) for your user to 100 to get more items on a single page in Box Apps as it respects that setting on a per-user basis.
You can also use the "Location" column to go to the Folder that contains that file if what you want to download is in the same folder hierarchy.
