Enhance Task Management for High-Volume Users
My team relies heavily on Box tasks, and we’ve found that the current functionality lacks robust filtering and sorting options. Beyond the basic status categories—In Progress, Completed, Approved, or Rejected—there are no meaningful ways to organize or prioritize tasks. This becomes especially challenging when managing a high volume of tasks. For example, our HR teammate regularly handles 50 to 100 active tasks at a time, and navigating them efficiently in Box can be clunky and time-consuming. When multiple people are selected for an approval task, you can select the approval order.
The task function is often used for document approval work, and there is a need to be able to set up a flow all at once so that documents are presented in order of higher rank, such as group manager > department manager > division manager, etc.
Because an approval task needs to be set up each time something is approved, it takes time for approval to reach the person in charge if approval is not noticed quickly, resulting in reduced work efficiency.承認タスクで複数人を選択した場合、承認順を選択できるようにしたい

Give Box Relay more options
Relay is weak at the moment when it comes to renaming files with very few variables supported when compared to rival storage apps.
Adding the ability to do character replacement/removal in the filenames of assets or even using regex would greatly enhance the automation offered by Box and reduce the reliance on third party apps to rename files.

Notification that someone you assigned a Task did not complete it by the deadline you set
Often I assign Tasks with deadlines. While the person receiving the task gets notifications that the deadline is approaching, I do not get a notification if they did not complete the Task on time.
This would be extremely helpful to know that Tasks have not been completed so we can follow up.3 votes -
Data Insights for Box Tasks
I am looking for a way to see a matrix of box tasks for each member of my team with their status, completion, etc. for all members of my team. Ultimately a dashboard view that indicates the number of tasks received, approved, denied, completed, outstanding, and overdue. Alternatively, a data connection to Monday.com or PowerBi would assist in seeing where we are at individually and as a team.

Slack notifications for tasks
We cannot be getting task notifications on Slack Channel. Comment notifications to the Slack Channel have become very convenient, but if task notifications are also given, seamless communication will be possible and more convenient.

"Comments" - Feed to read most recent at the top/oldest at the bottom
To make the "comments" feature more easier to read and follow as a team. It would be great if we have the option/it was the default for the most recent comments to appear at the top, and the oldest to appear at the bottom. This would prevent people from needing the extra step of scrolling all the way down to keep up to date/missing something because they didn't scroll.
We're trying to persuade the team to use this feature more and it would really help with this.

Add a "View All Tasks" button to the left menu
To view all tasks, you need to press the clipboard icon and then select "View All Tasks."
It takes two clicks each time, which is very time-consuming.
I would like you to add it to the left menu so that I can check all tasks with a single click.

Automate task creation on newly uploaded files.
This is a multi-part request: I would like to be able to automate task creation and I would like to incorporate SLAs based on document tags/folders/etc.
Basically, I would like a task to generate automatically based on set rules (identified assignee(s), SLAs e.g "Due Date = X min/hours/days in the future" based on x SLA)2 votes -
Sort order after processing approval tasks and general tasks using Box Relay
After assigning and approving tasks in Box Relay, we confirmed that tasks are displayed in ascending order according to the order in which they were put into the Relay workflow personnel, not according to the processing date and time.
We feel that the current specification, in which approved tasks are not displayed in time order, is not intuitive.
We would like to see the order in which General Tasks and Approved Tasks are displayed sorted by the oldest processing date, or the ability to reorder them arbitrarily.Box Relayでタスクを割り当て承認を行った結果、

Please improve the tasks upper limit 20,000.
The following page says "Maximum number of Tasks per user: 20,000" and we know that if the number exceeds 20,000 tasks will no longer appear in the Tasks Inbox as an example.

Bulk add users approval task
Prologis uses approval tasks on a monthly basis to approve a specific dataset - 20 people need to approve it each month. They would like to have the ability to search people more easily when creating a new approval task, or duplicate the group of approvers more easily. It would be helpful if it was easier to add approvers in bulk - right now, when adding users in bulk, if the first signer approves, they can approve on behalf of the entire group.

Ability to export Post history
Add ability to export Post history for Posts/Activities on a document in Box - e.g. collaborative and task Posts. Capability to capture an exported list (in excel or in a pdf) and have as a separate file gives the ability to capture important history information for the document of collaborative posts and assigned tasks, such as assignees, task completion dates/times, etc.

Notification on task assignment not supported in API
Currently there is no option to send a user an email notification when they are assigned a task via API. This is an unexpected gap, as an email will be sent when the task is assigned manually in the UI, and there are few indications that the same will not be true for programmatically assigned tasks.

Turn task status to approved in individual task center for the person who approved in multi approval task
When someone send a task to approve to a list of approvers, each recipient is notified and the task appears in the task center with an on going status and still until the whole approvers cconfirm. Suddenly someone who receives a lot of spots loses visibility and time to find only those he has not yet approved. It might be great that when this task is appoved by one it disappears when this last search for task to approved and appears in task approved.
