Time to complete task including / excluding weekends
A customer I am working with would like to add the flexibility to include or exclude weekends when adding a time to complete tasks. This would make more business sense to end users to not include weekends when assigning a time to complete, and would make for a more standard business process. It would make it easier when creating relay workflows to assign a task that needs to be completed in two business days rather than just two days. Past/Completed Tasks and Comments Deletion
Completed tasks stay in the activity chain on any given file. This along with a long list of comments stalls the activity window while it tries to cache all of the past and current comments and tasks. Currently we have our users deleting old comments but we can't delete completed tasks. We need a way to delete old history in the activity window for any given file or your system needs to cache the activity so it appears instantly, sometimes it takes more than five minutes to be able to make new comments/tasks around a file.

Ability to change and update assignee on expired tasks
We would like to see an improvement so that it is possible to delete and update users from "Modify Task" even for expired tasks.
For expired tasks, pressing "Update" from "Change Task" will not respond, and the task cannot be edited.
It is inconvenient not to be able to edit or update tasks, as tasks cannot be marked as completed when unauthorized users are absent due to leaving the company or being transferred.
Also, although it is possible to update a task by extending its deadline, I would like to keep a history of when the task was created.

It would be nice if owners/co-owners of content could edit a task on items in a folder in case somebody is out and unable to do so

Data Insights for Box Tasks
I am looking for a way to see a matrix of box tasks for each member of my team with their status, completion, etc. for all members of my team. Ultimately a dashboard view that indicates the number of tasks received, approved, denied, completed, outstanding, and overdue. Alternatively, a data connection to Monday.com or PowerBi would assist in seeing where we are at individually and as a team.

Slack notifications for tasks
We cannot be getting task notifications on Slack Channel. Comment notifications to the Slack Channel have become very convenient, but if task notifications are also given, seamless communication will be possible and more convenient.

"Comments" - Feed to read most recent at the top/oldest at the bottom
To make the "comments" feature more easier to read and follow as a team. It would be great if we have the option/it was the default for the most recent comments to appear at the top, and the oldest to appear at the bottom. This would prevent people from needing the extra step of scrolling all the way down to keep up to date/missing something because they didn't scroll.
We're trying to persuade the team to use this feature more and it would really help with this.

reassign tasks
The ability to reassign an approval task on a document that is assigned to me as well as be able to reassign the task as the person creating the task. Our approval flows are very dynamic and when people are OOO or busy they often need to reassign to someone else to not hold up our processes.

Add a "View All Tasks" button to the left menu
To view all tasks, you need to press the clipboard icon and then select "View All Tasks."
It takes two clicks each time, which is very time-consuming.
I would like you to add it to the left menu so that I can check all tasks with a single click.

Automate task creation on newly uploaded files.
This is a multi-part request: I would like to be able to automate task creation and I would like to incorporate SLAs based on document tags/folders/etc.

Sort order after processing approval tasks and general tasks using Box Relay
After assigning and approving tasks in Box Relay, we confirmed that tasks are displayed in ascending order according to the order in which they were put into the Relay workflow personnel, not according to the processing date and time.
We feel that the current specification, in which approved tasks are not displayed in time order, is not intuitive.
We would like to see the order in which General Tasks and Approved Tasks are displayed sorted by the oldest processing date, or the ability to reorder them arbitrarily.Box Relayでタスクを割り当て承認を行った結果、

Please improve the tasks upper limit 20,000.
The following page says "Maximum number of Tasks per user: 20,000" and we know that if the number exceeds 20,000 tasks will no longer appear in the Tasks Inbox as an example.

Bulk add users approval task
Prologis uses approval tasks on a monthly basis to approve a specific dataset - 20 people need to approve it each month. They would like to have the ability to search people more easily when creating a new approval task, or duplicate the group of approvers more easily. It would be helpful if it was easier to add approvers in bulk - right now, when adding users in bulk, if the first signer approves, they can approve on behalf of the entire group.

Ability to link the task function of MS Teams to the task function of Box
Request a function that can link the task function of Box and the task function of Teams of M365.
