Thank you for this feedback. We currently do not have plans to expand custom branding to all emails. We will post updates to this thread if that changes in the future.

We use Box to share important company information with employees, and are finding that the standard Box notification emails often get treated as spam, or are ignored by end users as they have extremely limited corporate details, clearly coming from Box (which our employees don't associate with company updates) - basically the emails are suspected of being phishing emails. We would really like a white labelling option, failing that a compromise of improved bespoke branding / text fields. The current format is a very poor user experience for our staff, & results in additional service desk calls for users re-requesting this information.

We are doing a lot of external sharing and would like to customize the invitation email so that our clients do not think it is spam and so that it matches the other branded emails we send. I feel that this feature would be helpful for any company using external sharing.
