Thanks for the request. As of now, our plan is to not have an Admin Console option to restrict these exports for Access Stats since all Editors, Co-Owners, and Owners are already able to see the data in the UI anyway. Additionally, the Export functionality will be auto-hidden anytime Access Stats are hidden (for example, for Editors when the Hide Collaborators folder setting is enabled).
However, we may re-assess the need for a setting like this if there is increasing customer demand.
Additionally, the Export functionality for Access Stats will work very similarly to how the Admin Console reports work — after clicking Export, the user will be able to choose various filters, then upon clicking ‘Create’, a Box Reports folder will be auto-created for the user and the report will be uploaded there (it won’t be auto-downloaded to the user’s computer).
