Whitelist a domain to bypass External Collaborator Expiration setting
White list a domain which would allow to bypass the limit imposed on external collaborators. Basically, rather than the same limit on all external collaborators, set limits on individual / domain.

Large enterprises often have various EID for the different businesses within a larger business. These EID are treated as external in Box but in reality they are all part of the same company and would like to have the same policies across the named enterprises.
The example would be external collaboration expiration. We want to add a policy for certain domains that are external to our enterprise that are not subject to the external collaboration expiry when this is set up to expire after 60 days.
