  1. Adjust Hyperlinks in Usage Logs Reporting in the Admin Console run in-app

    The hyperlinks that appear don't actually hyperlink out to the file/user/etc. in question and only add filters to that existing report, in-app

  11. Reset all existing Open Shared links to "People in the Folder" or "People in the company" via the Box UI

    We would like to have a way to set all existing links on our accounts to either "people in the folder" or "people in the company" even when allowing shared links.

    At present, we would have to use the API calls below or do it manually:

    This is rather time consuming or impossible for companies who do not know how to use the API

  14. Allow the admin to change the user addresses to upper case letters

    Currently you cannot change user addresses if you are only changing the letter cases

    Box will treat these emails as the same address and will not send a confirmation email to the user.

  17. Ability to register any email alias which by API

    Currently, we have to register subdomains to their Box instance before they register email alias by API, but it's troublesome. It's OK to register email alias by GUI.

  18. Co-admins should be able to log into accounts that have a password resets required

    Currently only primary admins have this ability.

  19. Option to Designate Which Email Address (Primary vs. Alias) is Used for Box Email Notifications

    Admin is SSO required and is unable to receive email notifications on their primary email address used for SSO.

    Email notification in Box currently are not sent out to aliases.

    However, when testing with the other email aliases for their company, the emails went through correctly.

    The issue is that changing the Box primary email address requires changing the SSO primary email attribute which would break the login flow for other applications and programs.

    We would like to have email notifications be able to be sent to these aliases.

  20. Custom Terms of Service: Add the 'Preview' Link/Option Again

    In the Admin Console redesign, Box deprecated the 'Preview' option within the Custom Terms of Service settings.

    This request is to bring that functionality back.

    RATIONALE: Box supports adding HTML into the Terms of Service text, and there's no way (without a Preview link) to validate that the HTML renders correctly.

    Good suggestion! This doesn’t rank high enough on our list of priorities, but we will re-evaluate with additional user demand.
