1. Level Up the Salesforce Integration & Increase Doc Visibility/Accessibility

   Our company uses the Salesforce-Box integration. We are made up of a set of advisor teams who should only be able to see their clients' files. This works in Salesforce, where all client documents are visible. However, our users were used to accessing client files in the "File Explorer" on their desktop (Finder in Mac), under the Salesforce folder in Box on the desktop. Client folders only show up here if the user has clicked through the client's folders/docs in Salesforce. It would be great if our teams could see all their client folders in the File Explorer without having to click around in Salesforce until the folders show up.

2. Enable DocuSign Integration for "Viewer" permission

   We would like users with Viewer permission to use DocuSign Integration but it currently does not work while Adobe Sign or other apps does. Please enable Integration with DocuSign (e.g. Send with DocuSign) for Viewer users.

4. Need to update Salesforce Community Lightning Component Package to include sharing, collaboration, etc

   Customers are exploring Salesforce Communities for many use cases because of the no code/low code community builder capabilities which enables speed to market and ease of administration. When looking into the AppExchange options specifically for Communities for secure file sharing, onboarding, collaboration, etc that could easily be plugged in, the Box Communities Lightning Component Pack is quickly ruled it out because of the lack of capabilities and the fact that it hasn't been updated since 2016. Most Salesforce customers are either already using Communities or are exploring Communities as a fast, no code/low code option to connect with customers, partners, and employees.  To go along with this, they are looking for easy plug and play options from the AppExchange to extend the capabilities of Salesforce Communities to meet certain needs/use cases.  In the area of file sharing and collaboration, Box would stand out as a secure and easy solution if the community lightning components were more updated and on par with where Box is at today with capabilities.

5. Increase file size limit for Excel Online

   The Box for Excel Online integration limits the size of an Excel document that can be edited to 5 MB. This is on the small side. Can this size limit be increased?

6. GSuite template/theme creation

8. Box and Zendesk Integration

   Many companies are using the capabilities of Zendesk.
   There is a 500MB limit for uploading Zendesk free plans.

   So I'd like to use Box's shared link when uploading material to Zendesk.
   It will be more convenient if you can select Box folders and files from Zendesk like Box for Office.

   I hope this feature will be implemented in the near future.

9. Apply Sync Now feature of Box for Salesforce for inactive SFDC users

   Currently, Sync Now feature of Box for Salesforce doesn't apply to users who have been disabled in Salesforce.

13. Allow @ mentions in NetSuite Integration

    The NetSuite integration does not currently allow for @ mentions to work in Box. It would be very helpful to allow NetSuite Box widget users to collaborate this way, instead of having to send an email, slack, etc. to the intended collaborator.

    Note- I believe this is because of how NetSuite to Box handles provisioning; NetSuite only checks with Box for a user's permissions when the user is trying to access content. In this use case, the intended collaborator is not signed in at that point and @ mentions only are allowed when they are collaborated into the folder. Collaborating the intended collaborator into the folder within Box would mess up the NetSuite user controls (which largely control access to Box content). Thank you!

    We use zScaler as a Proxy for Internet access. ZScaler ZIA has a built in engine for DLP policy.

16. Apply DocuSign account settings

    When using the DocuSign integration, account settings such as reminders settings or attaching the envelope completion summary (or upload onto Box) do not apply as they would if a user sends an envelope by logging into the DocuSign web app. Additionally, the interface when using the integration differs from the standard DocuSign interface.

17. Box-Netsuite Bundle

    For the Netsuite/Box bundle, it would be better to not require the user to choose whether to create a Box folder or use the default on each folder. This should be a setting that the administrator can choose.

18. Add 'Only I Sign' Adobe Sign Feature

    Add the 'Only I Sign' feature in Adobe Sign, where only they sign a document. Currently this only works if they download it from Box and then re-upload it into Adobe's workflow, but they want to keep all of their users working in Box only. They also have lots of documents that only need the signature of one person.
