Passwords on File Request links
I would like to be able to add a password on public file request links to protect these file request pages (like how I add passwords on public shared links)

Enhancement to Search (contains instead of exact match)
Currently, when searching for potential collaborators in Share, Box requires you enter in the exact string to search for a user. Users with middle names, unique characters, will not pop up as suggested in Search unless these middle names or unique characters are typed in exactly as written for a user's account.
If we could search for potential collaborators without having to give the exact string, it would be easier and take less time to find potential collaborators in a large enterprise.

Request to add the file type "yml" for yaml file to preview
Currently, BOX preview supports the file type "yaml", but file type "yml" is not supported. The 3 characters file extension (it is same as file type) is general especially Windows environment, so I want to support the "yml" file on preview.

Bulk Move Items that are not Updated for a Certain Period of Time
We would like to request for a function that automatically moves items which the last updated date is earlier than a certain period.
For example, if there are items that includes personal data, and those items are not updated for a long time, Box automatically moves those items to a different folder, where access is limited to admins only.

Modify File Request Submit Button width
Hi,
the following case in the business account of our company.
Is it possible to set the submit button in the file request to 100% width?
If the browser is set in German, the label of the button is translated to „Übermitteln“. However, this no longer fits in because the width was set to 74px.1 vote -

Current UI, it is not easy to recognize which folder is important in visually.

We need a solution to Auto -forward URL request from (Box Alternate domain) to Box.com as to overcome situation where user in China location can access Box links shared by user in Geo location with Box.com .

Please implement the function to restore the contents in the trash to a folder other than the original folder location.
Please implement the function to restore the contents in the trash to a folder other than the original folder location.
Currently, when restoring files/folders from the trash, it will be restored to the same folder as before the deletion.
If we accidentally delete a large number of items that we plan to move, it will take a considerable amount of time to restore and then move, and the items in the move process (delete / move / copy) will be temporarily locked, which will hinder our business.

The "Other Options" menu is missing
The menu display of "Other Options" is cut off.
I want the menu display to be always displayed in its entirety.When files and folders are at the top of the screen, "Other Options" may not be displayed at all.

Customize default view
The side bar that shows who the folder/file is shared with always appears and takes up way to much space so I always close it. I wish I didn't have to close it all the time and my preferred view was remembered or I can customize my views in my account

Shared Links expiration settings
Can we have Shared link expiration check box always enabled.

File request custom theme transparent logo suggestion tooltip
When putting themes for file request, using logos with existing color backgrounds does not look as clean. It would be great to add a tooltip suggestion to use a transparent logo for the user designing the theme.

Mentions
Specify multiple people at once when commenting on a comment.
You can use @mentions to notify users of files in Box, but I think it is extremely inefficient to have to enter the user name from @ every time.
However, we think it is extremely inefficient to have to type the username from @ every time.
For example, it would be very convenient to be able to specify @mentions with a single click or by copying and pasting.(和訳)

How does "Restore All" in Trash work?
From my testing, it appears when you have a bunch of content deleted out of order (from bottom up rather than top down) in your trash and you click "Restore All", Box will not automatically restore everything back in the appropriate order, but rather will start restoring until it reaches an item without a parent folder. It will then initiate the "The folder(s) where one or more of the selected items were originally located no longer exist" pop-up. Is this expected behavior? Provide a separate label that feeds the "Metadata" tab in search UI on creation of a template
When user clicks on search options in the web app and on the metadata tab on choosing of the template the UI generates a Form to provide the values for the metadata properties. Today the Web App shows the Metadata Properties label defined during the creation of the template. Sometimes these labels do not read well during search. Example: If the label says "Closed Record Date (Required)" when capturing the values in the template it makes sense but when searching the word "(Required)" is feeding wrong message to user. So provide another label when creating metadata templates for each property…

Metadata removal confirmation message verbiage update
When trying to remove a template from a file or folder, the buttons say "Remove" but the confirmation message says the word "delete".
"Are you sure you want to delete <Template Name> and all its values from the file?"
Please change that to "Are you sure you want to remove <Template Name> and its values...

Calendar Widget UI enhancements
The today date/selected date in calendar widget is not highlighted enough and makes it difficult for users to view. Suggest to add a square box or additional contrast to make it clearer to the user.
