Share Link Always Enabled
The Share link should always be enabled or give us the option to have it always on. We do not use the collaborate function of Box but always use the "share link" function. To now add a step for us to use that function is not thinking of your current users uses.

Fix Favorites sort order between side bar and main view for Japanese file names
Currently the Favorite sort order is not the same between sidebar and favorite view.
It appears that on Favorite view, items are sorted in order of UTF-8 code point (when you sort by name) whereas in sidebar, items are sorted in a similar way as Window explorer.

items with autodelete should have a fat red label that's clickable
I just discovered auto delete, very dangerous setting I'd say, that's why I'm surprised it doesn't label the item with a fat red tag that we can click to see its timebomb status.

Shared link prompts
We would like for box pop-up that indicates this content will be publicly available to anyone with shared link to also have a message where managed users are notified why that is being prompted and that the root folder has an open shared URL link and that is why they are seeing that when they do not have permissions to the parent folder.

folder size
Please show how many sub-folders (the number of folders) in main folder, currently it just shows how many files it contains, it would be really helpful and handy for users.

Would like to be able to Mark For Offline content from the webapp similar to how Box Sync allows that option.

Download 'cart' or 'shopping basket'
A basket feature would be nice – Sometimes we have to select one or two files from multiple folders, and to have a basket as placeholder before downloading would be useful.
This be something similar to like when you online shop. Instead of “buying items” you are selecting the items you want to download from different locations and then selecting download.

I would like an option to increase the 5GB individual file size limit on non-business accounts.
Hi Box Team,
I run a small media production business (of one), and rely on box for sharing video files with clients. I do my best to keep files under the 5GB limit, but occasionally, I need to share longer/larger files. I've asked the sales team about a tiered plan under the personal account options that would allow for an increase on the limit, but at the moment, that option only exists for business and enterprise accounts. The business account tiers don't make sense for me since I only have one employee (there is a three seat minimum that would…

Make web app uploader better at handling file changes.
I just uploaded a bunch of photos and realized a couple of them were the wrong rotation, so I corrected that while the upload continued.
When I checked the files on box, I found that every one of the files I had just uploaded had gone to version 2, even though they were new to box, and I only changed 2 of the 12 files. Indeed, due to the timing, one of the photos that I rotated was still the wrong way round, even though it had gone to version 2.

Prevent moving sub-folders
Create a folder permission setting where collaborators can edit a file but not move the sub-folder where the file resides.
Another way of saying this:

My company Box users are having a hard time organizing files/folders shared with them. It means, if there are 100 files/folders shared with an user, all the shared files/folders show in the user's Box account. Which interferes with the user's personal files/folders which the user would like to access more frequently without having to browse through a list of shared files/folders. That being said, it would be nice to be able to move the shared content into a shared folder or being able to organize the folders based on our own convinience.

Display email address of sender for files uploaded through email to folder
When using email to folder in Box, the "user" shows whatever name another company set up for that external email address. An example is service@ringcentral.com - the uploader shows as "Fax in Rehabco 2" which means nothing to us - it is apparently something set up by another Box company. It should display the actual email address instead.

A box logo can’t be made of a cute font.

Provide Tutorials on Login Page
It would be nice to provide links to tutorials or resources on the login page for non-managed users. The biggest hurdle to using Box with non-managed users is their frustration with login process and getting a hang of the product. Having easy access to basic tutorials would be beneficial to non-managed users and those attempting to help the non-managed users.

When using the Send Shared Link feature, non-URLs in the Message are getting caught as URLs
It is unclear which part of the message got caught in the filtering.
For example we A.COMPANY get's caught as a URL since .com is recognized as a top level domain. This is very confusing to the user and would be better if there was a message that shows which string was marked as invalid.3 votes -
Provide simple formatting for comments
We'd like to be able to format the text in comments to make things stand out - font color, type, bold, highlight, quote prior comments, etc.

Improve the searching capabilities within the Box webapp and Box Drive
-Display the number of search results hits
-Save search results (query and results)
-Run search again and show differences since the last search (this is helpful to see what's been added or removed since the last time the search was run)

Shared Link Default Setting
I propose that the default Shared Link setting be the strictest available setting "People in this Folder" rather than "People with the Link". In my opinion, the default setting should be the more confidential / private one and force the user to opt to share the link with outside parties. In my experience, many users have not understood to update that setting.

Can we shut off GSuite document edit options
We want to make sure our users are not able to see options for GSuite within our enterprise. We only want Microsoft application options to appear in the drop down for editing documents. We don't want users using Gsuite so having the option isn't a good user experience for us. The less options we have in the drop down the better. It should be a on/off option at the enterprise level for enabling GSuite apps or connectors to GSuite.
