    This is an old feature request that is no longer relevant based on new feature delivery. If this is still relevant please submit a new pulse.

  6. Notification that a file has entered workflow

    When a file enters workflow it is moved, a notification (preferably to other users in the folder) that the file has been moved because it has entered a workflow is required.

    I would like to get an overall view of my workflow and which files are at which stages, including:
    - How many files are in Step 1, Step 2, Step 3, etc.
    - How many files have completed
    - How many files were denied (or stopped in process)

  13. Box should warn you when you exceed the character limit, not just delete everything you have written when you try to send the invite

    It is VERY annoying to write a nice detailed note to the person you are inviting and then have it just disappear bc the character limit has been exceeded. Box should either not allow you to exceed the character limit, or at least have it refuse to send the invite but not completely delete everything you have just written!!!

  14. Ability to view template Version History

    We would like to have a history of changes made to templates. If we modify one, we can revert back if needed or have a record of who changed what/when. For Compliance templates, we need insight into who created/when but also iterations of the template.

  15. Automatically select content to be approved if only one piece of content is within the workflow

    Super confusing that when I want to build a template and choose an approval step, I have to manually check the 1 piece of content that needs to be approved, or else the looping on the Reject path doesn't work.

    If I only have 1 piece of content, I shouldn't have to hit the checkbox on the content that needs to be approved - it should already be checked for me (or not even shown).

    Have the capability to age out completed workflows after 30, 60, 90 days, etc. Instead of having a long list of completed workflows for power users.

    We will do a better job of completed workflows and the organization around those. This, specifically, will not be implemented.

  18. Forms Experience Builder (FEB) integration with Box

  19. Time condition as a trigger for Automations

    We'd like to add a trigger to automations. The trigger would be that event would occur after a specific last modified date time frame (in days) has past.

    Alternatively, we can accomplish the same use case if a "move to folder" was an option in the Box Governance module as a retention rule action.

    Use case: Will allow for automated archiving of stale documents
