Folder and file reports are output in a tree format, making it easier to understand the folder hierarchy.
The new platform version of the Folders and Files report is sorted by creation date by default.
This does not fulfill the role of a folder tree report.
If folders are not specified, sorting by all folder/file IDs, etc. into a tree format is impractical and affects business operations(Japanese)

We would like the ability to track files pasted into Box Notes when I can no longer see them.
【procedure】
・Paste the shared link in the box note.
・Click the "Insert a preview of this file?" button.
・At some point, the link preview that I was watching was displayed as "Sorry, you don't have permission to view this file."It is expected that other users have performed some operation and have become unable to browse.
①Linked content moved to another folder where it is not authorized.
②Linked content has been removed.
③The link itself is no longer valid.I am very troubled because there is no way to check the content status of the link destination.

User Details Report: Add "Confirmation Column"
If the User Details Report can have a Confirmation column, it allows Admins to know exactly who has completed signing up for Box and who needs to complete their sign up process.
It can also let us know that if someone is experiencing issues confirming their email, then we can see if any others are having issues by seeing if they are confirmed or not.

I would like to see the 「activation status」 of custom apps also logged when they are automatically changed.【Background】
If you have not manually changed the "Enabled Status" of a custom app at least once in the past,
I understand that if you have not changed the 「Enable status」 of a custom app manually at least once in the past, it will be automatically changed when you change the 「Disable unpublished apps by default」 setting.

Rename "Content Accessed" event and improve documentation
The "Content Accessed" event in the Admin Report is a bit confusing as documented and labeled today. We had an incident where a folder was available to staff inappropriately and used the Admin Report to investigate those who accessed it. It was reasonable for us to believe that users who had a "Content Accessed" event meant that they had accessed the content in some meaningful way. Instead, it simply means that they viewed the metadata of the file in some way in the portal. That's useful information, but the label should probably be clearer about that -- perhaps "Viewed Metadata"…

Ability to schedule Platform Activity Report
Ability to schedule Platform Activity Report so that admin can monitor API usage on a regular basis. Additional filters for that report in the console will also be helpful. At the moment, admin has to open the report in Excel and do manual filtering.

Date Range Selection - Box Reports
The Date Range offered, when creating reports, should be increased to include 'Last Quarter'.
This would enable us to use Saved Reports more frequently, since entering custom dates prevents a report from being saved.
We regularly run reports to identify Box useage in the last 3 months, to identify those box accounts that can be deleted

Audit Report on Users with Access
It would be nice to have a report that allows you to select a folder and it returns a list of all the users that have access to that folder or any folder below it. This would be handy in the event that a person needed to run an audit of user accesses within a given structure.

Report status window shows columns in fixed column width which makes data unreadible
Current view of reports status shows 5 columns in fixed width which makes for instance the date and time stamp unreadable. It would be really helpful if you could adjust the column width like in Microsoft Excel to make the data readable, there's a lot of unused white space at the right side that could be better utilized.

Folder Colloborator
We have a need to report on when a managed or external user views the list of collaborators on a folder. Also, ability to hide collaborators, unless owner/co-owner, for all folders and from an admin console standpoint, versus configuring at the folder level.

Add column to Shared Link report "user who created shared link"
Please add information about the user who created shared link to Shared Link report.

I want to output all collaborated listings including subfolders.
In the Collaboration Report, please add collaboration information that includes subfolders of the folder to which the user is invited.
The existing feature only allows information on folders to which users are invited.Once this functionality is implemented, the administrator will be able to see all folders to which the user is collaborating, and will be able to create management reports seamlessly.

When an admin conducts and enterprise wide search, it would be great if the results could be exported. This would allow one to sort the data and and sum the size of all the files/folders.

Collaboration Report - Add Last Accessed Column
Box Admin frequently runs reports on all external collaborators who they work with and wants to remove external collaborators from files that they haven't accessed in awhile. Wants to be able to run a report that filters to all external collaborators and allows you to see the files that they are collaborated on AND the last date that they accessed those files. Add information about when users clicks a bookmark to the user activity report
Currently, the behavior when users click a bookmark created in Box and move to the link destination is not included in the user activity report.
Administrators want to check which they used bookmarks and when from Box and which sites they accessed from the log.
