Open CSV files with Google Sheet (from Box WebApp/Preview)
As of today, only file with .gdoc, .gslide, .gsheet, .docx, .pptx, .xlsc extensions can be "Opened With" Google workspace apps from the Box WebApp preview.
This request is to add support for .csv files, so they can also be opened with Google Sheet.

Enable AutoCAD Drawing History Comparison
Our company is considering moving our AutoCAD files over to Box.com. We put some files on Box as a test run and AutoCAD's Drawing History feature allows us to see the version history of those files. However, there is a tool that is supposed to allow for you to click on that list of past versions and compare one to another but that feature isn't working currently, even though it works on other cloud services like one drive. AutoCAD said its on Box's end since it worked with other cloud services, but Box said they can't guarantee this feature would…

Applying Salesforce Data to a document (file) request that comes back as metadata on the document
It would be great if the Box Salesforce integration has a feature wherein it will allow metadata fields of Box files take on the data of fields from records (e.g. Account/Contact) in Salesforce. When the file is uploaded, it will have the associated metadata that relates back to the account.
Searching the community forums, I could not find any post related to this requirement (the only one that was similar was from 5 yrs back and has no responses .

Box for salesforce is slow to display
We use Box for salesforce to display the Box screen component within the Salesforce screen, but it takes time (about 5-9 seconds) to display.

Allow more than one Box Sign Display Setting per Salesforce object
Within the 'Box Sign Display Settings' tab in Salesforce, only one configuration can be specified per object
We may need to send different documents (with different Email Subject, Email Body, Recipients) etc

Salesforce Quote object support
Although a Box Sign button can be added to the object as there is no Lookup field to Quote on the 'Box Sign' object a record is not generated, so we cannot see the status of a sent Box Sign

Shareable links that have direct download. By clicking the link the image/file begins to download immediately.
Some of the new product set up forms are automated and require links that automatically download the image. I recently had to migrate all of my images to DropBox in order to complete this task as they offer this functionality.

NetSuite/Box - enable the ability to add the work order issue, work order completion, work order close records with the integration
Adding functionality to the work order issue, work order completion, work order close records would help customers that leverage the Manufacturing NetSuite module. At this point, it is not available through the integration because the above records are created dynamically and are not static.

Salesforce: Turn off collaboration emails
I would like a way to turn off the collaboration emails that are sent to the Salesforce Service Account when any user is collaborated into a Salesforce Box folder.

Use a non-public URL through Box to a google slide
Currently there is no functionality to insert a video with a non-public URL into a Google Slide through Box, where on Google Drive that functionality exists.
