2. NetSuite move folder contents and link when converting lead-prospect-customer

   I discovered that when you change a customer between the stages of lead/prospect/customer that because each type is linked it's own "Box Record Type Config" and each of those have their own "Record Type Folder Name", that when you go from lead->prospect the files that were originally uploaded to Box that have a folder inside the "lead" folder group does not move with the NetSuite customer change. Hence to the user it seems that the files are lost but really just the link is lost.
   There needs to be code change that when a customer stage is changed that any linked data in Box Content needs to be moved to the new stage folder and the folder link needs to be updated as well.

5. Microsoft Teams iOS app does not open the specific Box folder.

   We're having an issue with Microsoft Teams app on iPhone - Box files plug-in within More tab. It is very possible that this Box Files button in Teams is not designed to link to the specific channel Box folder we have chosen, and instead is designed to redirect us to the All Files page "https://account.box.com/folder/0". On Windows PC, Teams app opens the the specific channel Box folder we have chosen.

7. Please be able to specify which users can use the Box Graph Connector.

   Currently, the Box Graph Connector is enabled for users tenant-wide, but we would like to be able to enable it for specific users.

   For example, if some users are using Copilot for Microsoft 365, we need to be able to specify that only users who can use Copilot for M365 can use Box Graph Connector.

10. SharePoint Online - Direct/Native Integration

    Currently, the only way to 'integrate' Box with SharePoint in a standard way is to manually use an HTML web part in SharePoint to add a Box Embed widget to a SharePoint page.

    This request is for an enhanced (and truly 'native') integration between SharePoint and Box such that:

    1. NATIVE WEB PART/UI: A user can easily 'add Box' to a SharePoint site/page
    2. AUTO-FOLDER CREATION: A Box folder tree can automatically be associated with a SharePoint site/page (instead of a Document Library in SharePoint), similar to the Salesforce integration
    3. PERMISSIONS: Automatic permission mapping such that the auto-created Box folder hierarchy 'inherits' the permissions that are already assigned to the SharePoint site: meaning if I have 'edit' access to the SharePoint page/site, I'll automatically get 'editor' access to the associated Box folder(s) - again, similar to the Salesforce integration
    4. SEARCH: Include the associated Box content from 2/3 above into the native SharePoint search index (similar to the Slack integration with Search)

    The current individual application control has around 150 pages worth of applications. It would be easier for us to better manage individual app (enable/ disable/ add by default) if we can export everything to a report, sort of like bulk edit.

    However, providing a way to export a report of the apps in Boxs' apps catalog with their statuses is not on our nearby development roadmap.

13. Enhance the Box for DocuSign Integration in terms of metadata

    We would like to put some information of DocuSign Envelope (such as contract data, term of contract, type of contract etc.) into Box metadata instance in an automated way. Currently, there's two ways users would be able to do are; 1. users manually populate metadata such as transaction amount in signed document or 2. using iPaaS (Workato) to automate populating metadata. No.1 is inefficient and time-consuming and has human-error risk. No.2 requires additional cost. This is actually required by Japanese local law when we save financial documents digitally. The law is called Denshi Chobo Hozon Hou. This becomes a huge roadblock for box/DocuSign customers to implement/adopt both systems for use-cases associated with saving signed financial documents in Box.

18. Box Shield MIP Integration with GCC High

    For customers with GCC High environments (Microsoft), Purview is not currently able to be integrated using the Box Shield integration (as it can be with the commercial version of Purview) to map the MIP Sensitivity labels with Box Shield's classification labels. We would like to see Box Shield to be able to integrate with Purview when it lives in Microsoft's non-commercial environments, including GCC High and DOD.

20. Provide Box plugin for Microsoft 365 Copilot

    Copilot plug-ins have the advantage that data can be handled in real time, and there are no limit to the number of items, etc.

    In addition to the Graph Connector, the Box plug-in for Copilot integration is also required.
