Ability to use HTML tags in the email signature field of the system.
Please make HTML tags available in [Management Console > Enterprise Settings > System Email Signatures].
The use of bold text and colors will make it easier to understand the contents of the "System Email Signature".(Japanese)

Ability to manage pop-up messages
Integrate a switch to turn off pop-up notifications (those which pop up for every single step or process).
Maybe have different levels of notifications, like for debugging ("none" to "confirm every step")
There are way too many pop-ups in Box worsening the "user-experience".
See what can happen, if you have daily several hundreds or thousands of clicks too much to do for unnecessary things like clicking away pop-up windows which notify you about things you already know you have done (like another user put it so aptly into Box community):

Use customer's own email gateway to send email notifications
Many customers in regulated industries do NOT like the fact that email notifications from Box come from the Box Service with a noreply@box.com email address. The emails that Box sends on the user behalf do not go through a customer's email security or e-discovery system thus it creates problems in regulated environment that need to capture ALL communications between internal users and external customers. Box needs to have a configuration where a customer can configure their own SMTP gateway that Box can use to send email notifications with the proper TO and FROM data so they can better document and…

Notification when a collaborator is removed
We would love it if there were a way to get immediately notified if the “System Account” group were ever to be removed in the future.

Folder Notifications - Bulk / End Of Day / Mid-day Scheduled
Currently within the user ability to set up notifications - these are for single activities e.g. Uploads, Edits, Downloads.
The number of notifications can sometimes bombard users sometimes to the point where they are not actively used.
Would it be possible to expand the notification settings to allow users to schedule a bulk e-mail of all notifications made on a daily basis either end of day or mid-day instead of multiple e-mails.

The notice for email when a folder is locked by LFO.
Folders may be locked in LFO.
The problem is recognized only when the user manipulates the folder or file.
If the problem is not detected as soon as it occurs, it will affect business operations.

Email invitation notifications sent to users who do not have a Box account
Please display the "system email signature" text in the invitation email sent when inviting a user who does not have a Box account.
The existing behavior is that if you enter the text specified in [Management Console > Enterprise Settings > System Email Signature], the
The specified text is not displayed in the content of invitation e-mails to users who do not have a Box account.
This feature will make it easier for users who receive the e-mail to know that it is not a spam e-mail.
Also, by specifying company-specific text, users of business partners can be assured when…4 votes -
Send an alert email to co-owners for folders below the second tier as well.
https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/4404822772755
According to the URL above,
"Box sends email notifications to the owner and any co-owners of the corresponding folder. Box only notifies co-owners who are directly collaborating on items with a pending expiration. Box does not notify co-owners who are collaborating via inherited permissions."We would like Box to send alert emails to co-owners for folders (files) in the second tier and below.

Reduce the number of hyperlinks in New Share Email Notifications sent to 3rd parties, to reduce likelihood of emails going to Spam
A number of times, when a Box folder has been shared to someone outside our organisation, the end-user does not appear to receive the email notification. Only later is it discovered in their Email Spam folder.
It is noted that there are a large number of hyperlinks in these emails.
Can developers reduce the quantity of hyperlinks in the emails (other than the link to the new share), to reduce the likelihood that the email goes to Spam

Folder settings Notification mail
Currently, there are two ways to set up email notifications: from [Account Settings] and [Folder Settings].
The name "Folder Settings" may be misleading.
The reason for this is that the name [Folder Settings] seems to affect users who are invited to the folder as collaborators.
Therefore, please add a note to [Folder Settings] that the scope of the effect is only the user who made the setting, and that the effect is not reflected on users who are collaborating on the folder.
4 votes -
Ability to manage all notifications settings at the user level
Our team would love to only receive Box notifications via Teams.
Currently, you cannot turn off some notifications to go to your email, like when someone tags you in a comment.
We would like the ability to disable this manually. Some users would like to have both options.

Add sender's email address to the "Mail All" collaborators functionality.
Currently when a notification is sent via email through "Mail All" collaborators function, it does not include an email to the person who created the notification. It would be beneficial to add the sender's email address to this notification process for documentation purposes and validation. When the creator does not receive the email, they are reliant on other parties to forward the notification, which is not efficient.

Collaborator invitation "accepted" email notification
Currently the default setting Account Settings > Sharing > Collaborating on Content is checked to automatically accept incoming collaboration invitations. I would like to request this setting be off by default as we've had many users ask why they receive an email immediately after inviting a collaborator and later found out that the person had never accepted the invite.
It would also be helpful if there was a Date Accepted column added to the Collaborators page that allows you to see when the collaborator accepted the invite. Currently there is only a Date Added column.
Thank you

Upload Completion Notification
I love how I am notified when a set of files are uploaded into a specific folder but I am having one very key issue. I will receive the notification upon upload, but many times because it is 10+ large images, the images are not done uploading. I will review the folder but be unaware that the Upload is not complete. I may see 5 images with 5 still uploading.
Is there a way Box could show us of upload progress? OR possibly send a second notification when the upload is complete?

Alarm with due date in documents.
It would be very nice you can set a revalidation date to some documents that need to be reviewed in selected period. For example , documents that need to be validated each year. It would be nice if we can flag a date in the document , and receive an alert advicing that the document need to be reviewed. This alarm can be used for everything (for example for deletion of document). Thanks!

Download notification when opening a file
Currently. Download notification. Opening a file through Drive, which downloads the file on demand, and does not trigger this notification. For example, user A download a file through Drive, Folder owner B doesn't receive download notification although the folderset download notification in Folder settings. The download event should trigger sending notification. Expected Behavior: Opening a file through Drive, which downloads the file on demand, and it triggers this notification. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Folder Owner set download notification by selecting "Override default settings for this folder and all subfolders" 2. Opening a file through Drive, which downloads the file on…

Failed login email alerts
It'd be great if the "failed to log in 5 times” email alerts included the time, IP address, location, and what part of Box the user was trying to log in to (e.g. web app, desktop app, FTP, API, etc.) for each of the failed attempts. That’d make it a lot easier to track down any issues on our side, or determine whether there was an internal security issue to investigate. If it could also include similar details about the last couple of successful attempts, that’d also be helpful, just to see if there’s a deviation from a pattern

Full path to the file in notification e-mails
I'd like to ask for adding full path to the file (especialy first level) in notification e-mails to use Outlook rules. Starting this year everybody is a member of many BOX groups - less or more important. It would be very usefull to split the notifications into folders.
