Report status window shows columns in fixed column width which makes data unreadible
Current view of reports status shows 5 columns in fixed width which makes for instance the date and time stamp unreadable. It would be really helpful if you could adjust the column width like in Microsoft Excel to make the data readable, there's a lot of unused white space at the right side that could be better utilized.

Workflow status report
We would like to have a report that gives us insight into the status of Box workflows. We would like to be able to see the individual steps of a workflow and how long the individual steps take, for example, to see if and where a workflow is stuck.

Enable Box Admin (Content) search results to populate full-width screen, and shown FULL path of content
Having searched for a string " " in Box Admin/Content, the results for a folder do not show the FULL path of that folder, because the full path length is too long for the report width.
I have been advised by Box Support that this is expected.
I suggest that the report width should not be hard-wired (as is currently) to fit laptop-width. Instead, the folder path should wrap onto a new row, or if screen-size allows (eg external monitor), the full path is shown on the same row.

Enhance Box Reports to store metadata (parameters used) in output folder
Box Admin users regularly run several reports in a day or week, and may not read the content until days after run, and is difficult to identify the purpose it was run for, and the parameters used.
It would be helpful, and not difficult to do, for Box to save the parameters used when creating a report, and perhaps offer users a free-text field to store (at the time it is run) the reasons why it was being run
The following details should be available to view, when a report is completed:

Custom Identifiers that can be seen in user reports
Customer Requests the ability to upload custom identifiers that can be seen when running user reports. Currently they use the user's email address to determine if a license is needed, and when a name change occurs, this creates confusion as it appears that the person may have left and the license is no longer needed.

Ability to export "Direct Links" from box in reports
We have the ability to export "Shared links" but would like the ability to also export "Directly Links" as well.
We use box to host 6k plus folders and files. Inside those are some PNG files that , when direct links are on can open up directly to the PNG file instead of the traditional view with the box logo on the top left. This helps us post product in our website with a more professional full screen view that direct links provide.

We would like you to be able to specify the person who operated and the target folder and file when outputting by specifying "restore from trash" in the activity report.
Currently, if you know the item name for sure, it will not be searched if it has been moved to the Recycle Bin, and you cannot specify items in the target folder and file items.
If it becomes possible to specify when reporting even if it has been moved to the trash,

Ability to adjust display pictures
Every time I post my profile picture it is sideways. I've tried changing the pictures direction before uploading it, etc and nothing works. It's totally frustrating. Would love to be able to adjust the picture on the program.

Export all contents of a folder deleted from the trash to the User Activity Report.
Currently, when a folder is purged from the trash, the information of the contents within it is not logged.
This lack of evidence makes it difficult to conduct audits in cases of accidental deletion or security incidents, such as the risk of confidential data leaks.
We strongly request the implementation of this feature so that we can accurately identify and verify exactly which contents have been permanently deleted.現在の仕様では、ごみ箱から削除するとフォルダ内のコンテンツ情報は出力されない認識です。

Widen Report Selection Window So Scroll Bar Does Not Overlap Report Type Bubble Selector
Please either widen the report selection window, move the report selection bubbles left, or the scroll bar to the right so that the scroll bar does not overlap with the selection bubbles. When you scroll through the report types, the scroll bar appears and overlaps with the report type selection bubbles, forcing us to wait for it to disappear before we are able to select the report type. Please make some small CSS change to stop this from happening. It is a minor thing but it gets in the way every time when scrolling down and is infuriating.

Would like to run a Platform Activity Report by client ID or App Name specifically, as App ID is not always easily accessible.

File and Folder report include number of file versions
File and Folder report should include the number of versions associated with a file.
We routinely receive questions from Box users about which files have version history associated with them and how much storage that version history is consuming.
Today we need to open a case with Box Support to get this information but it would make this more self-service if the number of versions was included in the Admin File and Folder report.
Even better would be if users could pull a File and Folder report for their own account and have that report include the # of file…

Add User Groups as viewer to an Admin report
When generating a report (such as collaborations report), I'd like to be able to add a user group as viewer in addition to being able to add a user account. We have decentralized content management, and doing so would allow be to schedule a monthly collaborations report shared to a user group with the content admins. I can't do so for a user, as there is a risk the users changes role and would not anymore be authorized to access the report.

AI Units Usage Reporting
When AI activity is included in a User Activity report, the number of AI units consumed should also be included. Another idea is to add an AI Units report that lists all activity that consumes AL Units.

Need more explanation for "Unknown IP" on User Activity Report
It would be helpful for the User Activity Report to show something like "Box internal IP" or "Legit IP" in the IP Address column when the IP falls into "Use Box’s internal IP address".
Customers sometimes want to know the reason of "Unknown IP" description for their User Activity Report events.

combine more external and managed user reports
We need a way to combine managed user and external user reports into one to get the same information (where applicable) for each user type. It is ridiculous that we have to create multiple reports and then combine them to create composite reports for our whole enterprise.

Better Reporting Experience, Especially for Clients in Highly Regulated Environments
In general, I think Box Reporting needs to be an area for improvement. There should be more options for reports and more filters and ways to manipulate the reports in Box.
Something specific we would like to see is better reporting around Governance, especially with retention policies. We operate in a highly regulated environment where we needed detailed reporting around this information. There needs to be more granularity with reports, such as the Files and Folders report.
