We are making continuous major investments to our Edge infrastructure to improve upload and download performance globally and increase our file size limits (150GB today).
To upload large amount of data, Box Shuttle should be considered and if Box supports FTP, it is not the recommended way to upload large volume of files for both performance and reliability reasons.

Anytime we are doing M&A we need to absorb huge amounts of data, right now this is too slow.

Sometimes Box is not as simple or intuitive as Dropbox. Box is also more likely to be glitchy and have problems syncing files (and take a REALLY long time). This makes you 2nd in my choices. (Drive and Google aren't even on my list.) I'm just too fed up and tired today to go into this in great detail.
