    allow concurrent editing for MS Office files via Box Drive on Macs.

    I feel that it would be more professional for Box to take ownership of this issue rather than requesting that customers reach out to Microsoft to provide this feedback / feature request. It is a serious usability issue with the entire portfolio of Box desktop apps.
