Add ability for administrators to prevent managed users from changing their profile information.
Most importantly, prevent managed users from changing their display name to something inappropriate ("CEO")

This feature is not planned for the future roadmap. We are currently focusing on making the managed users page more usable before adding new permissions or restrictions for managed users.
