Functionality to clear pinned device from user's account settings
Currently pinned devices for the device pinning functionality can be cleared by the admin console only. User should be able to do this so that user can choose which devices to use Box with without asking the Box admin every time.

Currently, users cannot remove their own registered devices. Admins must manually open each user profile in the admin console to delete devices one by one.
When departments replace devices, this process must be repeated for dozens of users.
We strongly request a feature that allows users to remove their own devices, or enables bulk removal of registered devices by admins.(Japanese follows)

When implementing Box on a large scale, this feature is necessary because the current specifications cannot withstand the device replacement.

This seems like a no-brainer to me. Microsoft allows end users to remove their connected devices. In fact, I haven’t seen a company that doesn’t allow an end user to do that. With a limit to our pinned devices per user, and over 10,000 users, we simply cannot keep up with the removal requests, especially when a new version of a device such as the iPhone is released, and there is a large mobile device turnover.

You are deprecating Box sync and not adding pinning to Box Drive so I don't quite understand the Box response on this.
"For the second half of this year, we are looking into which functionality should be self-serve for the end user without having to go through the admin every time. This is one of the functionalities that are under consideration."
