Need more input field types and options for Box Sign
Requested Box Sign Fields: Drop-down boxes, radio buttons, attachments
Requested Options: Conditional fields, KBA authentication, bulk sign, embedded form links
We need more fields and options to be able to adopt Box Sign fully like the current major eSign providers have.

We have released the ability for senders to add dropdown, radio buttons and attachments to documents.
Conditional fields and KBA authentication have separate requests. Please upvote them if they can unlock/improve your experience with Box Sign.

Also, need to save the default field values. Several competitors have done this well. If you resize a default field, the next time you use it, it should be the same as the previous size. I had to put 100 checkboxes on a form and had to resize every one. Not to mention having to select the check or not check is not needed. If you click on the checkbox, it's clear you want to check it. .....

Another vote for an "add an attachment" field for signers to upload documents, similar to how other eSign providers have this option.

Another vote for radio buttons and making conditional fields rely on them (e.g., if "Yes" is selected, then another signature area is made required but if "No" then the signature is not prompted).

Would be helpful to have currency and percentage fields that only allow numeric input and specify if mandatory or optional for the recipient to populate.

Radio buttons would be very valuable! A checkbox is not mandatory to complete, but a radio button is mandatory to complete (e.g. Yes or No). Sometimes my customer has quizzes with fields that are mandatory to complete before signing.

We also need the option to tie multiple checkboxes/radio buttons in one section and make them select one of the 4 options without making each one required. Otherwise, it renders Box Sign useless for our use case.

The checkbox feature needs to be more robust. Currently if i have 5 options to choose from I have no way to "tie" the checkboxes together. I can put in an individual checkbox for each option but if i make them all a required field they'll all come back checked. if i don't make them a required field then the recipient has option just to skip that section.

Our Conflict of Interest form uses radio buttons for user Y/N affirmations. Can additional field types (radio buttons, but also perhaps drop-down lists and others) be added to the current set of 4?
