Box Sign: ability to manually pre-fill or auto-populate fields for signers
Box Sign: Enable ability to pre-fill or auto-populate fields on my contract.
E.g. because we know the email is associated with:
FIRST NAME (e.g. "John")
LAST NAME (e.g. "Smith")
COMPANY (e.g. "NoName Inc.")
TITLE (e.g. "CEO")
... then I can either manually pre-fill these or have them auto-populate on my contract via the CRM<>Box integration, a ZoomInfo<>Box integration, or otherwise based on the information attached to that person’s Box account.
Obviously, the signer recipient of the contract must also have the option to correct these fields, given there will be circumstances where the pre-filled or auto-populated fields are incorrect.
We also are migrating from another e-signature solution, and the feedback we got from our team is that signers are frustrated that they need to type their name in every time when we add a (recipient) Name field to a document, while both Date Signed and Email are auto-populated.
Any updates on this function - our Box rep said that we the Doc Gen feature would help on this front, but I think it could provide a quick and simple fix for what our company needs.(Edited by admin)

Other platforms allow the sender to populate the recipient name. Then the name pre-populates in the document where First Name, Last Name or Full Name is used. This means the recipient doesn't need to continuously type their name when completing new hire documentation.
