Bandwith warning
As there are quite dire consequences for overstepping the monthly Bandwith Limit, it would be good to have get some kind of Warning before it happens.
Maybe an E-Mail Notifikation saying something like "you've already used 80% of your Bandwith this month."Or at least have a graph in the Admin Console showing how much bandwith was used that month.

Add Folder for New User
When creating a new user, we would like the ability for the admin to create a dedicated folder for said user within the new Admin Console UI.
Currently this feature exists within the original UI.

Be able to default a sort method
Currently you can change the sort method from alphabetical to updated date or size, but there's no way to change the default order from updated. Most of my files I prefer alphabetical so it's inconvenient to have to click it every time

Change the design of Admin console in the custom settings
The design of Admin console menu is only black. We need to identify that Admin console is production or sandbox by design(ex. color).

Only Administrator should assign licenses
Can you escalate this issue to your development team? I believe this should be an enhancement request. The system should have a way to block licenses to be added to the account and only administrators should have the power to create new users. We use other products here, none of them give the users the power to grab a license on their own.

Button in the Admin Console to remove the existing 2FA without logging in as that User
We currently have to search for the user in the admin console, log in as them, go to their personal settings, remove their existing method, then return to the admin console. If there was a button in the admin console to remove the existing 2FA without logging in as that person, it would be really handy

Device Trust OS Policy - Add additional subversions
Can additional subversions be added to the most recent version on the Minimum macOS Version list? For example, the current macOS version is 13.5 so they would like to see subversions of macOS 11 listed up to macOS 11.5 as options in the Device Trust policy. This allows the customer to further enforce their risk mitigation efforts by disallowing managed users with older OS' from accessing their Box account.

Folder Share for external users
It would be nice to have a feature where only a selected group of users can allow external users to have access to particular folders.

Enterprise Setting not Applied to Invited Manger User
In our Box enterprise account, we have a default setting that ensures the restriction of external collaboration is enabled. Although, we have noticed that if we invite an existing Box user to join our enterprise account this setting is disabled for them. So instead of having the new user follow our default setting they keep the default setting of their previous enterprise account. We would like the ability to have our default enterprise settings take precedence over the invited Box Managed user’s previous enterprise settings.

Allow the setup and generation of automatic license alerts based on set thresholds to know when to expand/order more licenses.

More SSO Granularity
It would be great if we could have more granularity with SSO rules instead of just applying them universally. Having something like an SSO admin account that can log in with credentials and set SSO to test mode when an identity provider outage happens would be ideal. Right now the only option to recover login access when an identity provider outage occurs is to submit a support ticket and hope for a timely response.

Managed user
We need the ability to purge user accounts from the "managed users" without deleting them, or "waiting room" of the "managed users".
After inviting users with email addresses from the same domain to collaborate, they are automatically added to the "managed users" list when user accounts are created. If we do not want them to be the "managed users", we must delete their user accounts, as there is no action to purge them from the "managed users".1 vote -
Limit the amount of data a user can download to prevent data theft by employees.
Limit accidental or intentional bulk downloads.
An ex-employee intentionally or accidentally connected his Network Attached Storage device to his Box account, and it downloaded big chunks of our Box data. We want to prevent very large amounts of data (client work and IP) from being downloaded by users, for example, within a logged-in session, within a set timeframe or by the size of the folder (ie. large folders over a specific size containing folders).
This could be set per user with an enterprise-level default eg. 5GB. If someone tries to bulk download, the admin is altered. Users can request that…

GeoIP Conditional Access
I'd like to see Box adding GeoIP filtering so that specified countries cannot access.
This is a standard we do through Office 365 where we don't even allow login attempts for most countries.We also have an exceptions list via IP address for safety to allow our office IP(s) to also access in addition to GeoIP filtering.

Ability to Disable or Choose email Notification when Inviting Collaborators
We would like to have the option to email or not email a collaborator when sharing a content in Box. Example use case is when cleaning up Box permissions (group vs individual) and the Admin needs to do that seamlessly without bombarding he whole organization with Box invites to files/folders hey already have access to. Specially required for Internal collaborators.
Providing access permissions does not always require an invite given the way Box works, the internal user will simply see the content when they access their Box Drive or he portal.1 vote -
Make the administrative contact modifiable.
The topmost administrative account is exposed in the account details for every user. Can you make this modifiable? We use separation of account privileges in our IT units, so each member has both a standard and a privileged account. Because my privileged account has those rights, it is listed in the contact information for our Box tenant. It sure would be nice to have it set to a monitored group email address...I'm not always in the office and an email could sit for quite a while if I'm on leave or ill.

Lifting or pulling up the limitation of 100
Currently, when the box admin wants to enable Box features like Sign, Canvas etc., to partical users and groups, the #s of users and groups are limited to 100.
Could you consider lifting or pulling up the limitation ?
I know that making groups is a solution when the box admin want to add more than 100 employees. It is bit taking time to makie groups, and want to make it more easier.

Update User Details Password Field
In the Admin Console, under User Details --> Password. " No password created" will show for every user if SSO is enabled for the enterprise. The logic should check the user setting instead of the enterprise setting, to reflect accounts that may not be a part of an organization's external directory.
