Apply DocuSign account settings
When using the DocuSign integration, account settings such as reminders settings or attaching the envelope completion summary (or upload onto Box) do not apply as they would if a user sends an envelope by logging into the DocuSign web app. Additionally, the interface when using the integration differs from the standard DocuSign interface.

Box-Netsuite Bundle
For the Netsuite/Box bundle, it would be better to not require the user to choose whether to create a Box folder or use the default on each folder. This should be a setting that the administrator can choose.

Add 'Only I Sign' Adobe Sign Feature
Add the 'Only I Sign' feature in Adobe Sign, where only they sign a document. Currently this only works if they download it from Box and then re-upload it into Adobe's workflow, but they want to keep all of their users working in Box only. They also have lots of documents that only need the signature of one person.

Prevent Users from navigating to other folders when using Salesforce
Currently the Box for Salesforce integration utilizes a simple embed widget, which allows a user to navigate out of the associated Box folder to other areas of their Box account, all while still in the same Salesforce case. This is a security and use concern for some customers as files can be accidentally uploaded to folders not related to the current case. From a UI perspective, simply taking away the file path buttons would get the job done.

Box for Outlook BVE support
Request to support Box for Outlook for BVE customers.
Right now Box for Outlook does not support Box Verified enterprises, and completely blocks them out if you block app.box.com.

Office Online Only Setting
A setting that folder owners could implement that makes it so the document can only be opened/edited with Office Online.
38 votesShield's download and print restrictions can prevent non owner/co-owner collaborators from downloading sensitive content based on classification and still allow them to open/edit the file with Office Online.

Enhance workday integration
WorkDay integration needs:
1) Workday has a “supplier contract request” capability. It would be great to have the ability to add/find final supplier contract attachments between Box and WorkDay.
2) When supplier invoices come into WorkDay, the customer would love to be able to store them in Box (separated by supplier). Within Box today, the customer has a vendor folder, and that folder has contracts in it, plus it has copies of invoices. Customer invoices that were generated by WorkDay should be more easily added/transferred to Box from WorkDay.

Google
Integrate Box as an additional "drive" in Google Drive. This would allow people to easily share documents from within Google Drive using Box. All of my templates are in Drive, I do real-time collaboration in Google Drive, none of which is currently doable in Box.

Google Sheets outside of Box recently brought in the ability to create macros, would love to see this feature added to the version of Sheets in Box.

box for outlook
Box for Outlook needs to support moving multiple emails to a box folder. Right now, I can only file an email to box one at a time, and the button is greyed out when I have more than one selected. Also ability to show some box folders in Outlook and drag and drop to those folders.

Box file URL available when viewing through Salesforce
It would be great if we could grab the original Box URL for a file or folder from the integration within Salesforce. Since we share many documents internally, it is so much easier and faster to grab the direct link from Box, which creates several separate steps (and defeats the purpose of keeping our users in Salesforce). Being able to pull the Box URL directly from Salesforce would create additional efficiencies.

RSA Archer Integration
Trying to understand if Box can integrate into RSA Archer (a Governance, Risk, and Compliance tool). We have been unable to find any information on whether Box has this integration and if not what one could look like.

Allow network-level blocking of personal accounts using BVE and Box for Salesforce.
According to this page, User cannot block personal accounts with BVE when he is using Box for Salesforce.

Box integration with Gsuite enhancement
1) Can we get some sort of pass through mechanism to allow users to share out a Google editing URL to each other and automatically be given access to the item in Box and open the item in a Google editing session
2) Requesting a change to the behavior in Box when a file is in an open editing session in Google.

Integrate with Qlik Sense
Qlik Sense can create a connection to a local folder or Dropbox for integrating files into its date loaed editor. It would be great if box.com could integrate directly with Qlik Sense as a folder source.
