Hide thumbnails in previewing a doc
I would like the opportunity to hide the thumbnails that appear on the left side of the screen when I preview the document. I would love to be able to have more real estate to look at the doc itself. There may be a time when it might be important to have those thumbnails come back, so a way to hide and unhide it would be great.

Allow user preference for the priority of icon overlays (as is the Windows default).

Set a configuration option to toggle thumbnails off by default
When a multipage, or multisheet, document is opened in Box, the thumbnails are toggled open by default and take up much of the left side of the screen. A configuration option should be offered to allow a user to set the thumbnail toggle off by default.

How do I change my default email address?
I could view my profile, which shows my email address, but when I go to edit the profile, the email address is not visible to alter! Help, I'm deleting my current email address and have replaced it with another.

Don't files separately from directories.
Currently a click on the "Updated" column will sort the contents of a directory by the updated date, except all folders are listed first followed by files, rather than a complete sort of both. This is frustrating and unexpected. Please just sort the entries, regardless of file or folder, so items show up where they are expected and are easier to find.

sync to a RAID
Our global video team need a cloud solution that can be saved to our external RAIDs. We need to store and access TB's of footage. Desktop hard drives are no large enough.
We could potentially use the older 'Box sync', but we understand that it is due to be phased out, and it does not support selective offline/online syncing, which we need.

My folder has disappeared on 25th Feb
For some reason my folder called "NewCo spin-off" has disappeared on 25th of Feb. I talked with IBM support for 2 hours, the girl said that she will raise a ticket but she didn't. Below is the chat. My Mac will not show JPG or PDF thumbnails
I am using Box Drive instead of Box Sync. Now I cannot see thumbnails of JPG's and PDF's and it is very frustrating for my work.

Remove folder from desktop
I would like to be able to not have the Box folder sitting on my desktop and only sit in the Finder's sidebar, along with GSuite, or Creative Cloud for example.
The reason for this is: 1 it adds clutter to the desktop. 2 on Macs, having folders and files, especially big files there, actually will slow down the performance of the computer. Not many people realize this. The items on the desktop are constantly being pinged by the computer using resources.

Upgrade Box Drive-G Drive 100 MB Limit Size Limitation
I have a ticket number - #2250687 that has been closed because we need a feature request. When a file is created in Google Docs via Box, most of our users at Apeel keep having issues making changes, saving, sharing or downloading files.
What happens is Google makes edits to the file, the file grows larger than 100 MB, Google then fails to send those changes to Box. Provide a FUSE (Filesystem in userspace) handler for Box Linux and other *nix support
Linux, and other operating systems, have a mechanism for vendors to provide transparent filesystem access to esoteric file storage mechanisms in userspace, without the need to write a kernel module using "FUSE" (Filesystem in Userspace).
Box would only need to write a FUSE handler, and then that'd open up access to a lot of *nixes.

Add image/file preview function via Mac QuickLook feature/Ability to move Box folder to an external drive
As creative professionals, my colleague and I intended to use Box to share/collaborate. Disappointed to learn that we cannot use Apple's QuickLook feature to quickly peruse our large image libraries nor can we preview documents (Word, Excel, PPT, PDF, etc). This is a feature every creative uses because it enables us to quickly get to what we need without having to open up countless files which takes a lot of time. We can easily add or move file from local storage to Box drive or browser.
However, box does not prompt any popup when we add or move file.It may cause miss operation.
