  1. Box Sign: add option to require recipient 2FA on template definition

    Add the option to define that 2FA is required for some recipients (signers), on template definition itself.
    That way, in combination with template locking admin can enforce users to set it while using the template

  2. Better alignment options for multiple Box Sign fields

    We could use better alignment tools for aligning multiple fields in Box Sign. We would like to be able multiple fields and have an option to align them all together to the left, right or center.

    For example, if we have a document requiring 5 signatures, we would like to be able to select all 5 of those signatures fields and have them all aligned to the left so they are exactly one underneath each other.

  4. Be able to use Microsoft 365 for our mail server sending Box Sign

    We would like to use Microsoft 365 to send mail for Box Sign. The issue now is that some people get emails from Box and they'll block the domain in their spam filters. (Sorry Box) Most of our customers have our domain whitelisted. It would look more professional and we can manage it better.

  6. Box Sign needs detail report that lists for each form status and recipient details

    Box Sign needs a new report that shows detail information like, the form/template name, date sent, recipient(s), status of form, date of last action on the form, who performed the last action, and if reminders were enabled when the form was sent. Ideally the report should have search criteria available on the form/template name, date range sent, recipient, status, and date range and performer of last action on the form.

  7. Box Sign making a copy of the file should be optional

    Currently when using an already uploaded file to make a Box Sign request, it creates a copy of the file and adds a (1) after the name. For example "Document.pdf" becomes "Document(1).pdf", with both copies being included in the folder.

    This occurs in the use case where I have created a folder to share files & also requiring some of the files to be signed.

    Please make this an option to either create a copy or overwrite the existing file so that only one copy of the remains in the folder.

  9. Box Sign - Make PDF form fields fillable

    Box Sign does not currently recognize embedded PDF form fields. You can add a text, date, checkbox, or signature field to a PDF document, but the original form fields are unavailable (but left intact).

    Use case: We ask our contractors to complete IRS W-9 forms using the standard IRS fillable PDF forms. If Box Sign could recognize the embedded fields in the IRS forms, our contractors could fill out, sign, and file the forms in one process.   10. Sign accessible from embed widget

    Sign is currently not accessible from the embed widget. This is also not available though the folder view of the Salesforce integration or the Teams integration. It would be most useful if Sign was available in all contexts.

  11. We would like to be able to register a group in the BoxSign configuration even if the group's permission setting is not "Administrators only

    Currently, when we try to register a group in the Sign configuration, we can register the group if the group's permission setting is "Administrators only", but not if the group's permission setting is "Company" or "Group Members".
    Registration location [Enterprise Settings > BoxSign > Edit Configuration > Sign Configuration].
    We are using "Company" and "Group Member" as the permission setting for groups to be able to respond to group invitations, etc. outside of the management console, so we would like these permission settings to be able to be registered in the Sign configuration.
