Box Sign: Flexibility of the expiration date of signing log&signed docuement's shared link sent by email
Box Sign:
Currently the expiration date of signed docuement and signing logs shared link sent by email is fixed like 80 days, or 14 days according to the users Box folder configuration( Open or Closed folder configuration)Could you consider enable to change the expiration date by Box admin or per sign request?
When having a contract with externals, 80 day-open link which anyone can access is unsecure, so would like to shorten it flexibly.2 votes -
Box Sign - Checkbox should allow multiple options & multi-select
The checkbox option should operate similarly to the radio button option, allowing the form editor to create multiple checkbox options at once. The only difference would be that the checkbox option would allow multi-select, while the radio button option offers only single-select.

Change the Send From Email
Have the ability to send from another email, so instead of sending a contract from a specific user, i can send from a company email instead. Additionally we have multiple emails we send contracts from so i would like to select which email to send as.
These are branded so its important its coming from the correct brand.

New Template Field Types and Configuration Options
We are hoping to replicate some templates we have in our other e-sign platform. We are looking to add calculated/formula fields, be able to mask text field values, and conditionally render fields based on other fields values. Thank you!

Retain "Request Viewed" timestamps on cancelled & expired Box Sign envelopes
We are not able to easily see the View history on cancelled or expired Box Sign envelopes -- it only reads "Cancelled" rather than "Request Viewed," so it is unclear if the recipient saw the document prior to its cancellation. This would be extremely helpful for confidential documents, etc.

Add an existing Sign template to a another Sign template
When creating a new Box Sign template, I might need to reference a document that already has been itself converted to a template. I would like to reference the secondary document template in my NEW doc template so I don't have to reassign all the fields that I already created for the secondary template, example:
1. I am creating a template for our NDA, I realize that there's a supplemental secondary document that needs to be added to the package. However, I already HAVE a template for that secondary document....sooo.....

Ability to change date format in Box Sign
Can the option be added to change the date format used in Box Sign.
Documents being signed and dated are dated with the format MMM DD,YYYY. Can the format used in Box Sign be different, such as DD/MM/YYYY or 25/07/2024.1 vote -

Enable Sign request to have a different name than the file name
When uploading or renaming a file, the name of the first file becomes the name of the request.
In some cases we want to differentiate between the two since the file can be more generic and the request can be more personal, e.g. a contract template.
We want to separate the file's name from the request name, making sure we propagate the request name to emails and signing logs.1 vote -
Link Box sign requests
The ability to link several Sign Requests as one. When scanning a form a user needs to authenticate that the scan is a true copy and there is no errors. if there is an error e.g. page ten was crumpled and not readable then it has to be rescanned. FDA demand all sign requests are kept. even ones that failed. today there is not way to link different sign requests

Increase Box Sign File Size Limit
Currently, the limit for routing files is 30 MB. Large files routed for signature will return an error when a person tries to sign it. Can the limit be increased?

Box Sign Request API rename file
When creating a Box Sign request via API, the "name" field only changes the name of the signing log. The actual signed file retains the name of the template being used. We really need the ability to decide the name of the file without a second call to rename it.

box sign action from ipad
I would like to have a box sign action from the box ipad app.
Approval/decline process (automated by box relay) can be made directly from the box app but there is no action to submit a box sign request from the app.1 vote -
Box Sign - Adding Shapes to the Signature Field
During the signing process in Box Sign, it would be beneficial if signers could insert shapes and arrows. In the case of approving drawings or designs, it becomes difficult to convey certain modifications with text alone. If signers could place objects such as shapes and arrows at any location, it would enable them to make comments or approvals specifying particular areas.

Box Sign owner alert for unsigned documents
While currently Box Sign can send an automated reminder to recipients to complete a document, there is no way to alert the author of the document that a particular document is languishing. It would be nice to be able to set an automatic alert to email the owner of a document after X days if it has not yet been signed, so that they can take whatever measures are needed.

Add "role" field to user Sign profile for Box Sign GxP
Role is an important component of a signing event in a GxP context. We would like to see a "role" item that is associated with each user that is added to the signature block when a document is signed and is then surfaced in the signing log.
