For Box Sign - Enforce 2FA for all external signers
for our Federal Customers = they need stronger controls for esignature which require external signers to use some for of 2fa.

Ability to create Custom Fields
I want to create custom versions of standard fields and save them for reuse on future documents that I send.
Custom fields help speed up the document preparation by allowing me to reuse previously created fields customized for my needs.Custom fields work like any other standard field. I can just place it on my document, and it retains all of the field properties I defined previously, such as font styles, validation, title, options for radiobuttons/dropdowns and others.

Add an option to check declined reason for Box Sign
When requesting a signature to a multiple signer in sequence, and the signature is declined, the user who signed in the middle can't see the rejected reason except in the Signing logs.
Therefore, we'd like to have a different option to check declined reason for requester and signer.
e.g. Show declined reason at Box Sign's "Sent Requests" or "Shared with Me" screens.2 votes -
BoxSign: Signature field automatically to every page if triggered; and Document ID to every page by default
We have documents with multiple pages that require signature fields (usually at the bottom of the pages) on every single page.
Would be great if there is a button for the Signature Field to ''apply to all pages'' or ''apply to specific range'', so that the signature field would be added to every page automatically and we just have to check if the fields align well with the text if needed. It would really help to reduce the manual work we currently have to do.Additionally, we need that every page has Document ID written on it (usually it should…

Bulk send resend options - have to click resend one at a time
If I do a bulk sign to 100's of people and the window for automatic reminders is passed, I want the ability to due a bulk reminder to everyone still in progress. I can filter to everyone still in progress. Just add an option to send reminder to all selected.

Ready-Sign Links: Ability to make signers optional
Currently, ready-sign links require all signers to be assigned (i.e. I must enter an email address for signer 1 and signer 2). This means that one can't create a ready-sign link when multiple signers might be (but aren't always) needed.
Examples:
A registration form for an event where all attendees in the party need to sign. If there is only one attendee, there are no additional signers (and those fields would be left blank)
A form that must also be signed by a parent if the primary signer is a minor. If the primary signer is NOT a minor, no…

Status drop down in Sign has no way to filter for "Error"
The Status drop down has no option to filter for a error. It took 17 days before it emailed a contract had an error. I have no way of filtering if there are others with a error.
Can Error be added to the Status filter?

Box Sign - Radio button and Dropdown for Template Tags
We need radio button for Box Sign template tags. We use checkbox for required field instead. When signer forget to check, we need to send another request again.

Box Sign notifications: a setting to group notifications sent to signers in case of many docs sent for signing during the day
Sometimes our managers receive several docs for signing during the day and it's not convenient to be pinged by the requests during the day, also there is a chance to miss something if they don't sign immediately.
We'd like an option to group such notification in order that the employee receives one notification per day with all docs they need to sign.
It may be nice to have it as a company-wide setting for those who don't have an account in Box and a personal setting where a user can overwrite the company settings, if the user has a Box…1 vote -
Custom notification for box relay and box sign.
Would be good to have more flexibility in selecting notifications, and have the users select which notification is essential for them. There is too much notification when using box relay and box sign, especially when the relay is used within a team.

Box Sign - saving email addresses
Our company will send documents to be signed by the same person every once in a while. We should be able to store email addresses to use for future Sign request instead of having to go search and import the email address everytime. Also, there does not seem to be a way to extend the period of time someone has to sign the document before it expires. We need a way to extend that period before the request expires. If Sign has these feature, it would be as good as any other service like Docusign or Signrequest

Notification should be sent to the SENDER and READERS when request is sent
An email notification should be sent to the SENDER and any READERS on a Box SIGN request. This should be a setting that is customizable in the NOTIFICATIONS screen. All of the other signing platforms offer this.

Feature Request for Bulk Signing of Multiple Files

I would like to request the addition of a feature that allows users to sign multiple files at once, including but not limited to quotation files. This functionality would greatly improve efficiency for tasks that require signing a large number of documents.

Notify person needing a copy that others still need to sign
Since there is no portal/no way to know when another member as sent a signature for tracking and workflow purposes, people need to be aware that signatures have gone out.

Box Sign emails: customize "From" information
I would like to be able to define how the "From" address appears in emails for Box Sign requests. Currently, the email will always appear to be from the form/template creator:
From: John Doe | My Institution noreply@box.com
I'd like to be able to adjust this on a per-template/per-form basis so that instead, for example, the From address can appear to come from the appropriate person/department:
From: Human Resources | My Institution noreply@box.com
It would be even better if I could define the actual reply-to address, like:
From: Human Resources | My Institution humanresources@myinstitution.com

Customizing Sender in Ready Sign Link
When Box Sign is initiated via Ready Sign Link, the Template Creator currently becomes the Sender of the sign request.
However, depending on the document or process, we may want the user who initiates the Ready Sign Link to be the Sender. To address this, it would be helpful if the Sender could be customizable when generating the Ready Sign Link (e.g., choose either the Template Creator or the Ready Sign Link Initiator as the Sender).
As a workaround, we are currently using a Service Account user to create the template, so the Sender appears as something like "ACME Sign…
