AI query results resources
One enhancement requested by a customer is within the Box AI query window. The documents from which information is pulled be linked within the response alongside the relevant text and at the end of the response (image 1), rather than be listed only at the end of the response (image 2).

A feature that suggests prompts related to search results
We want a feature that suggests prompts that make it easier to find search results based on the inputted words.
We are considering leveraging Box Hubs and AI to use as an FAQ for end users,
but there are many cases where it is difficult to input specific prompts when asking the AI questions.
As a result, even though we actually have enough materials to get the desired answers,
the AI returns a message saying "No related content found,"
which leads end users to mistakenly believe there are no materials available, preventing them from reaching the necessary answers.

Copy in Markdown format
I'd like to be able to copy Box AI's answers in Markdown format.

Enable vertical resizing of the prompt input field (keep the default single-line view)
Editing long prompts is cumbersome when the input area can’t expand; many of us draft in an external editor and paste the text back. Keeping the default single-line view is fine, but please allow vertical resizing of the input field as needed.
This change would:
• Preserve the current UI
• Significantly improve readability and efficiency for long-prompt editing

Support for Bring Your Own AI Model (BYOM)
This request is to support customers who want to bring their own foundational or custom trained models and use them with Box AI. This would also allow security focused customers to have full control of the AI boundary by integrating with their own private instance of platforms like Bedrock or other third parties.

BoxAI citations should go to that part of the document on click
The inline citations are nice, but often they just show the information on hover. Then I often need to find keywords and search through the document for added context. I'd prefer that if you click on a citation, the document on the left actually scrolls to that part of the document.

Can we have an employee version of the Box AI that has access to all generic Box notes for employees and Confluence pages. This will speed up the process of getting answers to internal employee questions.

I would love if we could Embed AI Agents, and assign specific AI Agents to specific Hubs.
Hi there! I'm trying to make the power of Box AI accessible to my users. Right now the best thing would be to give them a chatbot to read HR documents, on our Intranet in Sharepoint.
I would love to be able to embed ONLY the Agent into Sharepoint, but so far we can only embed the Box Hub. Therefore if my user wants to ask about their HR benifits, my user has to:
1. Go to the HR Sharepoint Site (where they normally find info on employee benefits, etc.)

I want to change the display position of the BoxAI button on the preview screen.
I understand that in the current settings, BoxAI buttons are displayed in the top right and at the beginning of the right sidebar when a document is opened.
I would like to be able to change the position of the top right button and the display order in the sidebar (I want it to be displayed at the bottom).現在の設定ではドキュメントを開いた際に右上と右側サイドバーの先頭にBoxAIのボタンが表示されると認識している。

Notification for reading text over 2MB with AI
Please make it so that a notification appears when loading text larger than 2MB in Box AI.
When the text is over 2MB, the necessary information may not be fully read, resulting in incomplete responses and potentially acquiring incorrect information.-in Japanese-

About the accuracy of Box AI for Hubs
I'm trying out the beta version of Box AI for Hubs.
I expected this feature to be able to combine information from multiple documents within Hubs to generate an answer.
However, at the moment, even though there is relevant information in the documentation within Hubs, only general answers are returned, and no satisfactory answers have been obtained.
As it is, it would be difficult to deploy it internally, so we would like to see further improvements in the accuracy of AI.

Expand 1000 character prompt limit
The prompt limit of 1000 characters is way too small for anything but simple requests. Users are unable to feed in much additional data for comparison to the source document, greatly limiting the capability of the tool. Much better results are derived from loading the source document and any other required information into ChatGPT, with a larger and multimodal prompt.

Custom suggested questions assigned to a Box AI agent
Need ability to craft our own custom suggested questions (i.e. quick select user prompts) at time of creating a custom agents in the AI Studio. These suggested questions should latch to the relevant custom agent so that when a user selects a unique agent, the suggested questions that are presented to them are specific to that agent purpose.

Newer versions of iWork files are not currently searchable via AI in Box. Please make these files searchable in Box AI.

Box AI for Hubs for External Users
Currently, in order for an external user to use AI for a Hub they are invited into, the external user's EID must also have Enterprise Plus AND have enabled AI for Hubs.
We would like an option to grant external users AI access if their EID doesn't have Enterprise Plus. Thank you!
