Today, applications built with Box’s Form capabilities typically support a single upload zone or file request area. This limits the ability to organize incoming files contextually during intake or data collection workflows.We’re requesting support for multiple upload zones in the same app or form—each mapped to a different folder, metadata tag, or Doc Gen trigger.

Add Open Text boxes for Box Forms
Add a text "section" to a form. The text is to expand on the instructions on the form. The character limit on the instructions is limited and the instructions apply to multiple form selections.

Multiple people submit a form in an order, then 1 document is created
Multiple people submit 1 form in an order. Once everyone has submitted their answers, 1 document is generated from that form.

DocGen ability to create fillable PDFs
DocGen is at odds with many of our current workflows. Our users collaborate on fillable pdfs and exchange information via the activity pane/comments while filling out forms before sending for Box Sign.
We would like to be able to collect all the initial information with Box Forms and generate via DocGen but still allow for users to update information after the form is generated.

Support for doc gen to output word documents
Allow Doc Gen to output to word (Docx) format.
It would be really helpful to fill out a template with data passed to it and output a word doc format for further editing where needed.

Ability to add a photo uploaded to a form directly into a doc gen document instead of just separate files.

duplicate form
It would be great if we could have the ability to duplicate a form and then edit. We have quite a bit of repeated information that we need to collect via different forms, it would greatly help to be able to duplicate an existing and then edit to suit.

Create JSON file from Form
It would be very helpful to have the option to create a JSON file from the fields in a form to be used in a Doc Gen template. This would save us much time and frustration vs. manually creating the JSON.

Add Form name to browser tab
In Chrome, Box Forms tabs only show up as 'Box'. It would be a helpful descriptor to include the name of the form

Allow further restrictions on who can view/submit a Box Form
Right now Box Form submissions allow all (anonymous) or any logged in Box user to view/submit them. It would be useful to be able to further restrict these form links in manners similar to shared links. There are many times that a workflow driven by a form would be internal to a specific company and hence options like only users of xyz enterprise would be nice to minimize the risk of any data being shared externally from form questions and/or outside entities entering data into the form.

Box Forms Input UI
When creating a form in Box Forms, it would be very helpful to be able to order questions in a configurable way or to at least be able to sort them. Currently, they are displayed in the order they were entered into Box (you can see this in the left nav bar, as well as pulldowns when selecting needed form fields), but if one were creating/managing a form over time, it becomes more difficult to track all of the form fields or to easily identify them.

Form line breaks cannot be output in Doc Gen.
Box Form are filled with medium- to long-form text and may contain line breaks, but they cannot be output to Box Doc Gen.

Adding metadata to files uploaded by Box Forms
When uploading files/content to Box Forms, have the ability to add the metadata attributes captured on the form to the files. And for managed users in the Box account provide the option to add metadata to all files, selected files and/or selected metadata on selected files. Similar to file uploader in Crooze.
