Improve Find in Page with infinite scroll
The in-browser search (Ctrl + F) doesn’t let us highlight matching words all at once. As you scroll, words that are loaded later are not highlighted. Once the search reach the end of page, it fails to return to the top of the page. We want the ability to highlight all the matching words that are displayed in the same page at once.

As a Box user I want to be able to specify the starting page for a file using the Box Embed Widget so that I do not have to create multiple
Background:
Whenever I have a multi-page document that I wish to embed on a Wiki or Web page I have to create multiple, physical copies of that file (and keep them in sync) when I want a specific page to be shown on the widget.
Business Impact:
Reduced issues and time wasted with having to maintain multiple physical documents that have to be created in order to show specific pages on wiki's and web sites.

Displaying bookmarks as thumbnails of the jpgs the bookmarks link to
Team members find it helpful to comb through thumbnails of jpg images in a Box folder all at a glance. For some purposes, we would like team members to have access to a folder of bookmarks that each link to a jpg image, instead of having access to a folder with actual jpg images. However, with access to such a folder of bookmarks, each individual bookmark displays as a bookmark iconic image of a chain link. Share Link Always Enabled
The Share link should always be enabled or give us the option to have it always on. We do not use the collaborate function of Box but always use the "share link" function. To now add a step for us to use that function is not thinking of your current users uses.

Download 'cart' or 'shopping basket'
A basket feature would be nice – Sometimes we have to select one or two files from multiple folders, and to have a basket as placeholder before downloading would be useful.
This be something similar to like when you online shop. Instead of “buying items” you are selecting the items you want to download from different locations and then selecting download.

Hide admins/co-admins and owners/co-owners from collaborators
We would like a way to hide owners/co-owners, or potentially admins/co-admins, from the default view of collaborators on the right side preview panel.
We have a closed folder structure where admins & co-admins own content. Due to this. anytime a user is pre-viewing content in the webapp, the quick list of collaborators on the right hand panel shows the admins and doesn’t show other editors in the folder. This makes it difficult for them to quickly assess who is part of the folder without clicking into the collaborator view, since it always shows the admins/co-admins (owners/co-owners) by default. Upload multiple folders using Upload button
I am trying to migrate data from my desktop to Box. I am able to upload multiple files at the same time but not multiple folders.

Create a view of files or folders with unsupported names
Currently: If a file has an unsupported name, it will be listed in Box Drive or Box Sync without their path name. Users will have to manually search for the file which is not feasible if they have thousands of files with unsupported names.
Desired: Create a view of files or folders with unsupported search names in the Box web app to make it easy to rename and removes the process of having to manually search for them.
Nice to Have: Have a button, when clicked, expands to reveal the full path of files or folders with unsupported names

Better controls around external folders
You can't control permissions, shared links, or back up on files or folders shared from an External Collaborator.

Allow 'show folder' button when multiple items are moved/copied
Multiple items are always moved/copied to the same location, therefore a user should be able to navigate to where those items were moved as you can with single file moves/copies.

Collaborators Page (Item-Level) - Add Multi-Select for Changing Permissions/Removing Collaborators
Add multi-select to the Item Collaborators page (the Collaborators page at the folder level) to allow for changing permissions, including removing, for multiple collaborators at once.

In move or copy operations, it would be useful to have a "new folder" option.
It would be advantageous to have a "new folder" option when a user is copying or moving files to a new destination.
Otherwise the user must create the new folder first, then select content from source and copy/move to target new folder.
This would be a great improvement to usability.

User-Level 'History/Activity Manager' - View Prior Actions with Option to Undo
Users often perform a variety of actions in their account - renaming files, moving files, copying files, etc.
There's always a success/failure banner (with an 'undo' button) for these larger actions (like move/copy), but that banner is dismissed pretty quickly
There are scenarios, however, where a user performs an action (especially a somewhat destructive action - like accidentally moving a bunch of files) and they need to undo it AFTER the 'undo?' banner disappears.

Allow Customization for 'Email to Upload' Email Address
Perhaps if the email address was tied to the actual instance like:
TEST_As.gbtuzmz6o0d088go@company.box.com
Then the Box server would have the ability to segregate all the addresses and we would not have issue of competition for addresses between companies that use Box. Thus be able to allow custom email addresses PER company. (i.e. allow us to modify address).

Ability for Partial Searches
If the filename is Security Committee, searching ?Commit will find the file but searching omit will not.
Maybe the keywordless search option that is coming up will solve this? Not sure. Thanks!

Autocomplete & search for Tags should not be case sensitive
Right now, Tags are case sensitive. Meaning if you have a tag like "Olive", and you start typing a search for "o", the "Olive" tag won't show up.
