I'm a sole proprietor and need your Business Plus features
Hello, I'm coming back to our exchange on Twitter from earlier today.
I was a Box user between 2013-18 when my business started to grow and my Box plan became too limited. Also the branding of my file exchange service became a must.
Back then I wanted to switch to Business Plus but the minimum of 3 payed users made this way too expensive and also simply unreasonable for me as a one-man show. Enable e-mails to save to Box folders
I need to save an e-mail to my my files that have been recently migrated to BOX but I can't because BOX is NOT an option to save something into. How do I save e-mails to BOX folders when BOX folders are not an option to save something into?

When saving a file or creating a new folder can the name start to auto-fill?
It would be great when saving a file or creating a folder the name would start to auto-fill to help with naming consistencies.

collaborate at "all files/root" level
It would be nice if you could add a collaborator at the "all files" or root level, so that they would have access to any future folders created. For example we have folders created for each year and now we have to make sure we remember to add collaborators to the next years folder when it gets created. Versus if we had collaboration at the root level they would automatically be included when the next years folder is created.

Advance warning before password expiry
Please add advance warning before password expiry.
As of today, when password expires box disconnects you with no prior warning. Unsaved work may be lost, it may be an inconvenient time to reset password etc.
It would be helpful if Box sends an advanced notice, allowing the user to reset password several days prior to final expiry .

Landscape view for Box Capture on iPad
Most annoying to have my whole iPad switch to portrait when opening Box Capture. I read from another post that landscape videos are flipped to portrait.

see folder in file properties
When I send a colleague an email from Box (by @Name in a comment), the email contains a link to the file, but no info on the location of the file within our folders. If I'm asking that person to change the file's tags, they have to hunt for where the file is located. If they could see the location from the file properties, they could get right to it.

Account Storage capacity
My company has the Business License which according to the product description has unlimited storage. Yet I see a usage gauge in my profile with a 10 GB limit. Is the storage unlimited or set at 10 G B per user.Please contact me immediately as this may be impacting production leifeasterson @cxonexus.com 631 637-2369. If there's a better way to contact Box with an issue it needs more visibility.

Share a link outside of box and updates
How do I let people know who I share a link with outside of box that there have been files updated into a folder?

Under my organization we have a shared folder for over 1000+ members, but as you may know this is a global organization where we add or remove resources over the time. At this moment I can add them but I do not know how can I remove them. For this I will appreciate to have an option to export the list as CSV file, and as well an option to add or remove permissions in a bulk.

Show your pricing correctly!
The biggest problem is how you present your pricing. You shouldn’t show the price up top, then "minimum 3 users" under the scroll line of your website. Very deceiving! Personal price should be listed as $15 and Business price should be listed as $45 at the top. Better yet, don't have a minimum of 3 people!

In Google Drive exists a functionality to copy a file and when the root file is updated, the whole copies are also updated.

I would like to be able to set aliases on my favorites instead of having folder name only.
My naming convention may be different from the (owner's) directory structure, showing aliases (and real folder information) in the favorites would improve search, data retrieval and folder sorting.

Submitting a Support Ticket
When submitting a ticket with the support site, add the option to submit a ticket specifically for issues with the support site itself. It's possible to classify tickets this way on our end, but not on the user's apparently.
