Add an existing Sign template to a another Sign template
When creating a new Box Sign template, I might need to reference a document that already has been itself converted to a template. I would like to reference the secondary document template in my NEW doc template so I don't have to reassign all the fields that I already created for the secondary template, example:
1. I am creating a template for our NDA, I realize that there's a supplemental secondary document that needs to be added to the package. However, I already HAVE a template for that secondary document....sooo.....

Enable Sign request to have a different name than the file name
When uploading or renaming a file, the name of the first file becomes the name of the request.
In some cases we want to differentiate between the two since the file can be more generic and the request can be more personal, e.g. a contract template.
We want to separate the file's name from the request name, making sure we propagate the request name to emails and signing logs.2 votes -
Link Box sign requests
The ability to link several Sign Requests as one. When scanning a form a user needs to authenticate that the scan is a true copy and there is no errors. if there is an error e.g. page ten was crumpled and not readable then it has to be rescanned. FDA demand all sign requests are kept. even ones that failed. today there is not way to link different sign requests

Increase Box Sign File Size Limit
Currently, the limit for routing files is 30 MB. Large files routed for signature will return an error when a person tries to sign it. Can the limit be increased?

Box Sign Request API rename file
When creating a Box Sign request via API, the "name" field only changes the name of the signing log. The actual signed file retains the name of the template being used. We really need the ability to decide the name of the file without a second call to rename it.

box sign action from ipad
I would like to have a box sign action from the box ipad app.
Approval/decline process (automated by box relay) can be made directly from the box app but there is no action to submit a box sign request from the app.1 vote -
Box Sign - Adding Shapes to the Signature Field
During the signing process in Box Sign, it would be beneficial if signers could insert shapes and arrows. In the case of approving drawings or designs, it becomes difficult to convey certain modifications with text alone. If signers could place objects such as shapes and arrows at any location, it would enable them to make comments or approvals specifying particular areas.

Box Sign owner alert for unsigned documents
While currently Box Sign can send an automated reminder to recipients to complete a document, there is no way to alert the author of the document that a particular document is languishing. It would be nice to be able to set an automatic alert to email the owner of a document after X days if it has not yet been signed, so that they can take whatever measures are needed.

Add "role" field to user Sign profile for Box Sign GxP
Role is an important component of a signing event in a GxP context. We would like to see a "role" item that is associated with each user that is added to the signature block when a document is signed and is then surfaced in the signing log.

Return to original folder after requesting signature
Regarding BOX sign, after processing a signature request, you cannot return to the folder containing the requested materials, so you cannot request signatures continuously. It's a pain because I have to go back to the document folder each time. Please add features to increase productivity, such as being able to select request targets all at once and request signatures.
BOX signですが、署名依頼の処理後、依頼資料のあるフォルダーに戻れないので、連続で署名依頼が出来ません。いちいち資料フォルダに戻らないといけないので面倒です。依頼対象をまとめて選択して署名依頼ができるなどもっと生産性を上げる機能をつけてください。

Have a box sign template tag for 'receive a copy" recipients
It would be great if there was a box sign template tag to add recipient's to receive a copy of the signed document.
This would mean a template could have hardcoded recipients for a copy or provide the ability for a signer to add recipient's to get a copy.

Various standard and custom reports setting out the activity and usage of users, signature requests etc., specific to Box Sign for the admin to view and track.

If you approve a document without signing it with BoxSign, the PDF will not become a signed file.
I would like the PDF to be treated as a signed file even if a signature field is not used in BoxSign and a user with the role of Approver approves it.In some cases, a signature field may not be necessary because a log is kept even if approval is given.

BoxSignで署名フィールドを使用せず、役割が承認者となっているユーザーが承認した場合も、pdfが署名済みファイルとして扱われるようにしてほしい。承認した場合もログは残るため、署名フィールドが不要なケースもある。
