Add AutoPlace Text Tags to Box Sign
I have a customer that uses Zoho doc's sign capability and would be willing to switch to Box Sign if it had Zoho docs AutoPlace Text Tags functionality:

When I upload Excel to BoxSign, I want it to become PDF as per the print settings of Excel.
When I upload Excel to BoxSign, I want it to become PDF as per the print settings of Excel.
For Example, a file created in Excel with the print settings set to A4 becomes 2page PDF files when uploaded to BoxSign.
This can be avoided by converting the files to PDF before uploading them to BoxSign, but if all the files are converted and then uploaded, the man-hours and number of files increases, which raises concerns about operational efficiency and data management, so we would like to see improvements.ExcelをBoxSignにアップロードした際Excelの印刷設定通りにPDFになるようにして欲しい
例えば、Excelで印刷設定をA4にあわせて作成したファイルがBoxSignにアップロードした際に2ページのPDFになります。

Anchors to apply fields automatically based on text of documents
We need the ability to create templates which apply fields automatically based on text in the document. Other products call these "AutoPlace" or "Anchors".
For example, we have a standardized signature area in our contracts which are always formatted the same, even if they appear in different areas of the document. We also have a footer with an "initials" indicator.
I need to be able to have the "Signature" box automatically applied to a template, even if we swap out the underlying document.
Manually having to drag signature fields (and soon hopefully initials fields) to every document we send is…

Signature timestamping on the document in Box Sign
Is it possible to have the signature show it's time stamp, similar to DocuSign/Adobe when signing the document? This will help with some legal departments refusing digital signatures that aren't from those software.

Ability to clone fields in Box Sign
A lot of standardized contracts require the organization to fill in their org name multiple times. It would be great if the field could be cloned similar to the adobe sign clone field where the field is cloned and copies whatever the parent field is. So if I fill in my organization name once it fills it in for all fields that require the organization name.

Signature frame
Include a signature chrome is made up of the extra Box Sign elements that frame the signature.

Send Error Message when it is wrong email address in Box Sign request
Currently in Box Sign, when you input an email address that doesn't exist, it doesn't give any error and in the interface, it is successfully "sent".
If there is a feature to let the user know that there is an error because it could not send the sign request, it would be very useful.
The background of this need is that if there is a typo in an email address and the sender doesn't notice it, they would just assume that the sign request email was sent and there is no way to know that the receiver never received it.

Box Sign on Paper
Box Sign is currently only allowing parties to sign electronically. However, in some countries electronic signature is not fully regulated. Therefore, counter-parties cannot sign electronically. This is very beneficial to allow counter-parties to print, sign and upload the signed document. This is similar to the feature that DocuSign offers. Box Sign - Ability to send templates from All Files
The "Sign - Templates" section in Box used to send templates has a lack of folders and filtering which leads to no ability for us to organize or filter our templates. However the "All Files - (Saved templates folder)" already has the ability to create folders, organize templates and see templates (the blue icon). We would love to be able to send templates with the fields in the document (like in the sign - templates section) from the "All files" folder.

Box Sign- Recieve notification after each signer completes, not just after final signature
When there are multiple signers on a document, would like Box to send an email notification to the document creator whenever a signer signs the document. Currently an email is sent ONLY after all signers have signed. Would be helpful to see status at intermediate stages.

Unique domain name for Box Sign
To minimize Box Sign being blocked by customers who block app.box.com, Box Sign should have its own unique domain name. Example, sign.box.com.

Ability to claim a domain so that all Box Sign contracts being requested for signature cannot be signed, except by approved people.

This is so that unauthorized people do not sign contracts on behalf of our entire company.

Ability to edit Box Sign templates
It would be great to have the ability to edit the templates by only changing the 'base' document. For example, if the wording changes in the document, but all the fields remain the same, I have to create a new template using the new 'base' document and add all the fields again. It would great if I could just replace the 'base' document.

Incorporate Box Sign in Box Relay
Including the ability to ask for signatures with Box Sign as an action on Relay would be useful, just as being able to assign a task which is available at the moment. This is vital especially in the case of approvals that need to be legally valid.

Allow more options for signers
Please allow more options for signers (eg I may need to sign a document in position 1 and position 3), and also allow an option for a cc or recipient only.
In my professional role we need letters and forms signed. I need to sign the letter before it goes to the client for signing. I then need to sign the tax form after they've signed it. I can't currently do this under the one email address. I can do this in DocuSign.I'd also like to allow a cc or recipient only copy to be sent. Sometimes one spouse…

Ability to save email addresses for future use
We are a law firm and send multiple documents to clients to sign over the course of the case. It would be nice to have the option to save an email address/client name so that it would auto-populate the next time you entered that client name.
